Pups in the Park night set for Wednesday

Bring your dogs to BB&T Ballpark
July 23, 2012
The Winston-Salem Dash have partnered with the Forsyth Humane Society to bring you "Pups in the Park" night at BB&T Ballpark Wednesday night at 7:00. This will be the final time this summer that fans can enjoy a Dash game with their dog on the Nature's Select Knoll beyond left field.

Individual game "Pups in the Park" tickets are available for $15 each and include a ticket, Pooch Pass for one dog, and a $5 donation to the Forsyth Humane Society.

All dogs must have written proof of vaccinations (rabies) from their veterinarian in order to enter the ballpark. Rabies collar tags will not be accepted. We recommend having your vet fax them to us directly in advance to save time at the gates.

A portion of every Pups in the Park ticket and Pooch Pass sold is donated to the Forsyth Humane Society to benefit local animals in need. The Humane Society serves as the leading nonprofit organization in the Triad providing animal resource information, animal education, low cost spay/neuter assistance, and promotion of responsible pet ownership and is entirely reliant on community donations to support their efforts.

Current season ticket plan holders are able to purchase a Pooch Pass for $5 each (donated to the Forsyth Humane Society), but must call in advance to register.

All dogs and owners are eligible to participate in our pre-game Pups Parade around the warning track. Line up for the parade begins at 6:00 p.m. when gates open at the centerfield stairs near the Outfield Bar and will begin at 6:15 p.m. Entrants will be accepted until 6:25 p.m.

Pooch Passes are only available in limited quantities so advanced ordering is strongly recommended. For more information or to order Pups in the Park tickets and Pooch Passes, please contact Sarah Baumann at [email protected] or (336) 714-6878.
