WHAT: The Rotary Club of Reno will host the second annual "Reno Aces Hot Stove Luncheon" on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Harrah's Reno. A buffet-style lunch will be served prior to Aces radio broadcaster Ryan Radtke leading a baseball panel discussion with Gil Heredia, former Carson High School baseball standout Matt Williams and Bob Gebhard.
WHEN: Monday, February 1 at 11:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m.: Arrival and seating.
11:45 a.m.: Buffet line opens for speaking panel and guests.
12:15 p.m.: The rotary meeting begins with the prayer, pledge and song. This period of the meeting is for business, recognition of member accomplishments and anything the rotary wishes to address.
12:35 p.m.: Introduction of guest panel by host Ryan Radtke.
12:40 p.m.: Baseball panel discussion featuring Gil Heredia, Matt Williams and Bob Gebhard.
1:10 p.m.: Question and answer from the audience.
1:20 p.m.: The rotary will close the banquet with a raffle drawing and adjourn at 1:30 p.m.
