Grizzlies Take Series Finale from Isotopes, 10-4

The Fresno Grizzlies (58-43) offense took over on Sunday, helping Fresno to a 10-4 victory over the Isotopes (49-52). The loss drops the Isotopes to 5.0 games out of first place in the PCL's Pacific Southern Division.

Isotopes starter Brett Oberholtzer took the loss, falling to 4-9 on the season. The southpaw allowed six runs on eight hits over his 4.0 innings on the hill. He struck out four and walked one.
Fresno's offense went on to plate four more runs against the Isotopes' bullpen.
At the plate for Albuquerque, Ryan McMahon remained red-hot. The 24-year-old finished the day 3-for-4 with a double and RBI. Over his last five games (including Saturday's suspended game resumption), McMahon is 12-for-24 with 11 RBI and is a candidate for the PCL's Player of the week.
Drew Weeks connected on Albuquerque's lone home run, his eighth of the season.
Making his Triple-A debut with an at-bat in the eighth inning, LJ Hatch became the first New Mexico State Aggie to play for the Isotopes. 
After a league-wide off day on Monday, the Isotopes will head to Oklahoma City and Colorado Springs for a seven-game road trip before returning home to Isotopes Park on Aug. 1.
