2026 Border Brouhaha

The Beloit Sky Carp are teaming up with Mason Crosby, Jordy Nelson and TEAM LAMMI to bring back the Border Brouhaha Softball Slam on July 19 at ABC Supply Stadium.

This action-packed charity softball game will feature Wisconsin and Illinois sports legends coming together to raise money for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. First pitch is set for 3 p.m., creating a fun, family-friendly afternoon focused on community and giving back.

Crosby, the longtime Green Bay Packers standout and the franchise’s all-time leading scorer, will host the event. He’ll be joined by fan-favorite wide receiver Jordy Nelson and Olympic legend Bonnie Blair, bringing even more star power to the field. Additional player announcements will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Proceeds from the event will help grant life-changing wishes for children in Wisconsin battling critical illnesses. Mason and Molly Crosby have supported Make-A-Wish for more than 14 years, and the Sky Carp are proud to stand alongside them in making a difference!

Confirmed Players

Mason Crosby: Legendary NFL placekicker who spent 16 seasons with the Green Bay Packers and stands as the franchise's all-time leading scorer.

Jordy Nelson: Former Packers star wide receiver, Super Bowl XLV champion, and one of Aaron Rodgers' most reliable and productive targets.

Molly Crosby: Author, philanthropist, and advocate who plays a key leadership role in community fundraising and charitable initiatives alongside her family.

Mike "Jocko" Jacques: Longtime Sports Director and anchor for WMTV-TV (NBC15) covering local and collegiate sports in Madison, Wisconsin.

Ahman Green: Former four-time Pro Bowl running back and the Green Bay Packers' all-time leading rusher.

Bonnie Blair: One of the most decorated U.S. Winter Olympians in history, winning five Olympic gold medals in speedskating.

Jeff Budzien: Former All-American college football placekicker for Northwestern who holds multiple school scoring and accuracy records.

Pete Woodkey: Seasoned Project and Construction Manager for Corporate Contractors Inc. (CCI). Known for his local commitment and community pride, he serves as a featured on-screen renovation expert on A&E's lifestyle and home renovation series Betting on Beloit, where he works to revitalize and rebuild the fabric of the local community.

Brad Jones: Brad is not only a beloved Wisconsin standout; he was part of the Green Bay Packers squad that brought home the Super Bowl XLV championship, but he’s also a fierce competitor on and off the field.

Daniel Hardy: He was selected in the 7th round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams. He spent time developing his game with the Rams and the Denver Broncos' practice squad before finding a home on the Chicago Bears' defensive unit.

Nick Baumgartner: A 2022 Olympic gold medalist in snowboard cross who made history as the oldest snowboarder to ever stand on top of the podium at age 40. A proud, blue-collar Michigan native, he balances elite winter sports and off-road truck racing with working construction, inspiring fans everywhere with his relentless grit and down-to-earth work ethic.

Andrea Boehlke: A reality TV icon and Wisconsin native who spent over 100 days battling the elements across three separate seasons of CBS’s Survivor.
