Snappers Baseball Returns To 103.5 WADR

The Beloit Snappers and Janesville Community Radio (103.5 WADR) have extended their broadcasting agreement for the 2018 season.

The new agreement in place has increased the Snappers radio games by 26 games for the entire 2018 season for a total of 66 games.
After broadcasting the opening series against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the Snappers next radio broadcast will be April 17th-19th as the Beloit Snappers welcome the Cedar Rapids Kernels. All game times are scheduled for 6:30 pm.

Other games of note to take place on the air for your Snappers include a three-game set against the Kane County Cougars from May 29th-31st, a three-game set against defending Midwest League champion Quad Cities River Bandits June 1st-3rd and a stretch of 10 consecutive games from June 8th-June 17th with games including Burlington Bees, Peoria Chiefs and Clinton Lumber Kings.
The Snappers also have your July 4th weekend covered on the air as well, beginning June 28th with Peoria and ending on June 5th with Quad Cities, an eight-game stretch!
The longest stretch of consecutive broadcasts comes in July, as the Snappers will be on the air for 15-consecutive games from July 11th at South Bend, to July 27 at Kane County. Included in the stretch of 15 games includes a three-game sets against South Bend (July 11th-13th), West Michigan (14th-16th), Bowling Green (18th-20th), Dayton (21st-23rd), and Kane County (25th-27th).
After just four days off the air, Snappers baseball returns to its flagship station 103.5 WADR Janesville Community Radio for a stretch of 10 games in 14 days beginning August 1st with Kane County and ending August 14th with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. The games covered will be the three game series against the Cougars (August 1-3rd), Cedar Rapids Kernels (August 4th-6th), and after a four day break the action continues with a four-game series against the T-Rats (August 11th-14th).
To conclude the season, the Snappers will be on the air for the final 10 games of the season beginning with a four-game series against the Peoria Chiefs from August 24th-27th. After the off day on August 28th, radio broadcasts will continue with the three-game series in Appleton against the T-Rats (August 29th-31st) and concluding the regular season with the three-game season finale against the Cedar Rapids Kernels (September 1st-3rd).
