No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legally eligible to marry in the State of Ohio.
Valid for new wedding bookings only. This promotion may not be applied to previously contracted or reserved events.
Employees of the Dayton Dragons, Diamond Club Event Center, Professional Sports Catering, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from 3/7/2026 through July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random on August 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Winner will be contacted via email and phone. If the selected winner does not respond within seven 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Details
Win Your Wedding at the Diamond Club includes:
• Reception space rental credit valued up to $2,000
• Round tables and banquet chairs
• Choice of black or white linens
• Two getting ready suites beginning at 11:00 AM on the wedding day
• Use of in-house AV including 98 inch screen, two handheld microphones, and Bluetooth connectivity
Important Prize Conditions:
• Prize is up to a $2,000 rental credit only and has no cash value
• Nontransferable and may not be sold or exchanged
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Credit applies to room rental only
• Food and beverage minimums still apply
• Service charge and applicable sales tax are not included
• Additional rentals, décor, staffing, security, and enhancements are not included
Catering Requirement
Winner must purchase catering exclusively through Professional Sports Catering.
A minimum food and beverage spend of $3,000 is required.
Outside food and beverage providers are not permitted.
Date & Booking Requirements
• Wedding must take place in calendar year 2027
• Date selection is subject to venue availability at time of booking
• Blackout dates apply, including Dayton Dragons home game days and select peak Saturdays
• Winner must sign a standard event contract within fourteen (14) days of notification
• Required deposit must be paid at time of contract execution
• Failure to execute contract within required timeframe will result in forfeiture of prize
Ceremony location, field access, and event layout are subject to stadium operations and availability.
Taxes
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. If required by law, a tax reporting form may be issued.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant the Diamond Club Event Center and affiliated partners the right to use their names, engagement photos, wedding photos, and event imagery for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions
The Diamond Club Event Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason.
The venue reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or in violation of these rules.
