NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF U.S. ONLY, WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.

Contest is governed by these official rules ("Official Rules"). By participating, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules.

Promotion Period: Contest registration is scheduled to begin May 26, 2026, and ends on September 16, 2026 (the "Registration Period"). The grand prize contest will occur during each designated 2026 home game being played by the Dayton Dragons at Day Air Ballpark in Dayton, OH beginning on May 26, 2026, and ending September 16, 2026*.* The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Who May Enter: Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S., and who are aged 18 or older as of date of entry and have a valid driver's license, except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

1. Employees, officers, and directors TDS Automotive, LLC dba South Dayton Toyota (collectively "Sponsor"), Diamond Baseball Holdings, The Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball Team (“Contest Administrator”), the other MiLB and MLB Entities (defined below), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively "Released Parties") and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. "Immediate family members" includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including stepsiblings), children (including stepchildren), grand children (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses. The "MiLB and MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
2. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to visit a registration location during the registration period to enter.

How to Enter – Visit www.daytondragons.com/winit to complete the official entry form. Or visit South Dayton Toyota (8457 N Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342) during normal business hours between the Registration Period and obtain an official entry form. Fully complete the official entry form with all required information including your complete name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, birth date, and phone number(s) (including area code(s)). Deposit your completed entry in the specially designated entry box. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries must be received by close of business on 9/1/2026 to be eligible. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt.

Maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Registration Period. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or mutilated entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules; all of which will be disqualified.

Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person's name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Mailed, emailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Finalist Selection & Notification: Prior to each designated game date, a random drawing will be held by the Contest Administrator from among all eligible entries received to select a maximum of one (1) potential finalist per game date to participate in the grand prize contest. Maximum of one (1) finalist per household during the entire promotion period. The selected finalist (“Finalist”) will be assigned to the next contest game date, as designated by Sponsor.

Each potential Finalist will be notified by email of their selection. Any potential Finalist that cannot be reached or contacted to confirm his/her selection after an initial notification to the number listed on their entry may be disqualified, and at the sole discretion of Sponsor, an alternate Finalist may be selected and notified, time permitting. During the Finalist notification, each potential Finalist must confirm his or her eligibility*.* Any potential Finalist who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not wish to participate in the Grand Prize contest will be disqualified. At Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate Finalist may then be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received, and notified per the procedures outlined above, time permitting.

Only Finalists selected and notified by Sponsor or Contest Administrator will be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize contest. All other entrants are ineligible. Finalist selection and participation is non-transferable. Decisions of Sponsor and Contest Administrator in the selection of potential Finalists and all matters related to this Contest are final. The total number of Finalists to be selected for the entire Contest period is up to fifty-four (54), one per game date. However, a lesser number of Finalists may be selected if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

Contest: In order for an eligible Finalist to claim the grand prize, a player on the Dayton Dragons must hit a pitched ball from the opposing team's pitcher off the designated Target Board located in right-center field of the stadium a minimum distance of 430 feet from Home Plate. The ball must hit the target "on the fly' without making initial contact with any person or surface other than the designated target. Any ball that first makes contact with any person or surface prior to hitting the target shall not be eligible for any prize awarded in this contest.

The following requirements will apply to the 'Hit It to Win It' target contest:

• Target Description: Rectangular Target Board will say "South Dayton Toyota, Hit It to Win It".
• Target Size: 5 feet, x 11 feet
• Target Distance: The target shall be positioned a minimum 430 feet from home plate
• Target Location: Billboard positioned in right-center field above the Stadium 'back ticket booth’ directly next to the Stadium right field entry gate.
• Eligible Games: A maximum of fifty-four (54) home games will be eligible for the contest, covering the Dayton Dragons home games between 05/26/2026 through 09/16/2026. Any selected Finalist shall only be eligible for their one (1) specific game date as solely designated and assigned by Contest Administrator.
• Designated Team: In order to be eligible for the grand prize, a player on the Dayton Dragons must hit a ball on the fly during a covered game date that strikes the designated target. Any hits by members of the opposing team are not eligible for this contest.
• Designated Innings: Any inning covered of a Dragons during the Registration Period.
• Video Proof of Contact Required: In order to be eligible for any prize award, the ball hitting the target must be captured on video and must clearly and irrefutably show the ball making contact and striking the designated target area on the fly. Any ball that is not captured on video tape for any reason, or that does not irrefutably show the designated target being struck on the fly will not be eligible for any prize claim in this contest. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical errors, or human error or failure to capture a ball hitting the target for any reason including inability to follow the baseball, or equipment malfunction.

Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule any game date or contest attempt to an alternate date if an assigned game is cancelled, suspended or rescheduled for any reason. Any game that is cancelled and not rescheduled shall not be eligible for the Contest, and the Finalist assigned to such game shall not be awarded any substitute prize or compensation. Any game in which the target is hit must be an official game recorded in the league records. Any game which is cancelled or not ruled as an official game shall not be eligible for the Contest.

Prize Awards & Delivery:

Grand Prize: In the event a Dayton Dragons player hits a pitched ball on the fly that strikes the designated 'Hit It to Win It' target area as required by these official rules, then the corresponding Finalist for that game will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize is: a new 2026 Toyota Tacoma (VIN 3TMLB5JN9TM257884) with a maximum retail value not to exceed $43,144.00.

Winner must accept delivery of vehicle from the Sponsor, or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Sponsor will solely designate and specify available vehicle including make, model, color and options for Grand Prize winner's prize award. Grand Prize winner may not substitute, exchange, or apply the vehicle's value towards a higher cost or alternate vehicle.

If the designated prize vehicle manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is under $43,144.00, the winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle's actual MSRP and $43,144.00. Grand Prize winner is responsible for paying any and all sales tax, title, and documentary fee on prize award at time of delivery, estimated at approximately $3,119.00.94 (based on a 7.5% tax value) but may vary depending on the state and county in which the vehicle is awarded.

All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to: tax, title, documentary fee, insurance, license and registration fees. All income, federal, state and local taxes are Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. All grand prize awards are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be awarded during the contest, to the first eligible finalist assigned to a game in which the grand prize-winning requirements are successfully completed. The contest is immediately concluded following the first eligible grand prize claimed. Maximum of one (1) grand prize per person per household. In the event the grand prize-winning requirement does not occur during the contest period, then the grand prize will not be awarded.

Winners will be required to complete and return a W-9 form*,* affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver's license before a prize will be awarded. Winners of the grand prize will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Finalist will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Total Actual Retail Value of prize available is : $46,263.00.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Contest Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event an entrant wins the prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor or Contest Administrator for the stated value of the prize, if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants' names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible to receive a prize.

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize, and to assume all liability thereof.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties' sole control.

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access. The Released Parties disclaim all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the control of the Released Parties, or otherwise. Released Parties disclaim any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. Released Parties disclaim all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an entrant's ability to download an entry form for the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Contest, administration or execution of the Contest, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prize or prize winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of this portion of the Contest, in the opinion of the Sponsor, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Contest as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligible Finalists who may participate in the Grand Prize Event through a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Ohio; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.

Odds: The odds of being selected as a finalist are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received per game.
