Great American Beer Tasting On Sale Now

Dayton, Ohio – Great American Beer Tasting will return on Saturday, August 17 from 2 PM to 6 PM at Day Air Ballpark. The Dragons and Heidelberg Distributing Company have been partnering for this annual event for 16 years, bringing a wide variety of beers, ciders, and seltzers for fans to try. Brand new this year will feature some Dayton favorite food trucks on the plaza for all guests to purchase from.

Each regular admission beer tasting ticket provides 20, 4oz samples, raffle tickets for high end prizes, the 2024 shirt (if purchased before June 1), a souvenir pint glass with 4oz and 8oz pour lines, access to activities and games on the field, and more!

Brand new this year is a VIP ticket which includes everything in the regular admission ticket, plus one-hour early access, and a $5 voucher to participating food trucks.

Regular admission tickets will start at $40 each and will increase to $45 after May 31. The week of the event, starting August 12, tickets will increase to $50. VIP tickets are limited in quantity and will start at $50 each and will increase to $55 after May 31, and the week of the event on August 12 will increase to $60.

Designated driver tickets are available for $15 and provide a 2024 souvenir pint glass, five, 4oz samples of non-alcoholic beverages at the event, a raffle ticket, and a voucher for a complimentary soda or water.

Gates will open at 1:30 PM with ID checks starting at 12:30 PM, VIP tickets will have designated entry gate for early access at 12:30pm. Fans in attendance will be able to sample over 100 different beers, ciders, and seltzers from big name breweries, as well as local breweries in the Dayton area.
