Tacoma starter Nolan Kingham pitched five shutout innings in the Rainiers' 1-0 win over the El Paso Chihuahuas Sunday afternoon at Cheney Stadium. The Rainiers' one run came on a solo home run by former Chihuahua Connor Joe in the bottom of the fourth inning. The Rainiers won four of the six games in the series, while the Chihuahuas won 10 of the teams' 18 meetings this season.

Chihuahuas first baseman Nick Pratto went 1-for-2 with two walks to move his hitting streak to 12 games. El Paso starter JP Sears pitched 2.2 shutout innings and threw 6.2 shutout innings in the series. Center fielder Bryce Johnson had two hits and a walk atop El Paso's order.

San Diego Padres reliever Jason Adam pitched a scoreless bottom of the sixth inning on MLB Injury Rehab. Miguel Andujar also played on MLB Injury Rehab and went 1-for-5 as El Paso's designated hitter. Sunday was the seventh time El Paso was shut out this season. The Chihuahuas finished their 2026 away schedule Sunday and went 30-45 in road games this year.
