Greenville’s United Effort to End Homelessness
Greenville Together is a community-driven initiative uniting nonprofits, local leaders, service providers, landlords, and neighbors to address homelessness and housing instability in Greenville County. Through shared resources, coordinated action, and evidence-based solutions, we are working to functionally end homelessness in Greenville by making it rare, brief, and non-recurring.
By December 2025, Greenville Together aims to help 80 households secure permanent housing; 50 through immediate placements and 30 through ongoing stability and support services. As part of this effort, the Home for the Holidays Drive is collecting NEW essential items that directly support individuals transitioning into safe housing. Requested donations include new socks, gloves, jackets, bed sheets, bath towels, and complete hygiene kits (such as feminine care products, disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and similar necessities). These items will help furnish homes, restore dignity, and provide comfort to families and individuals moving into permanent housing this winter.
