Whether this is your first time to Fluor Field, or if you are a regular, we are excited to welcome you to the ballpark! We have put together some helpful information in this email in order to make your experience safe, relaxing, and as enjoyable as possible.
A complete overview of the safety precautions and event particulars are below. However, these are the five most important items you should be aware of:
- Gates open at 3 PM; event capacity is 3,500 attendees so arrive early
- A mask/face covering is required for all attendees
- “No Bag” policy is in effect (exceptions listed in the subsequent info)
- Cashless event (only credit/debit cards and mobile ordering will be accepted)
- Pods will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis (you may bring blankets for your pods, but chairs will be prohibited)
While we have developed a comprehensive safety plan for events at Fluor Field, we still need your help! Please do your part to review and execute all safety measures so that we can continue to host a safe and fun environment for our Community.
- Masks will be required to gain entry to Fluor Field for Sunday’s event
Masks must be worn at all times, with the only exception being when you are in your designated seat or on-field “pod” - All attendees 18-years-of-age and older must complete a COVID-19 waiver

To help speed-up the check-in process at the gates, please bring a completed waiver with you (blank waivers will be available at the gates) - Please abide by all social distancing signage, stanchions, markers and barriers, as well as staff directions
- Fluor Field is capped at a max capacity of 3,500 attendees to ensure a comprehensive social distancing and safety plan can be implemented
Tickets must be reserved for this event, but that does not guarantee access to Fluor Field
Please arrive early - All Greenville Drive and Fluor Field event staff will be required to wear masks for the duration of the event
- Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the ballpark
- Complimentary parking is available for Sunday’s event at County Square and Greenville High School
Both locations are a short walk to the ballpark - The Trolleys will be operating from County Square ONLY, with drop-off points at the Field Street and Main Street Gates
The Trolleys will operate from 2:30 PM until 7 PM - The Trolleys are operating on a capacity limit of 20 passengers
- The Main Street Gate and Field Street Gate will both be open to allow access for Sunday’s event
Gates will open no later than 3 PM - Temperature checks will be performed at all entry points
Attendees with a temperature reading above 100 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted into the ballpark. - A “No Bag” Policy will be in effect for Sunday’s event
The only acceptable bags will be a diaper bag for small children, and a women’s purse/clutch no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
- Military programming will begin promptly at 3:15 PM, followed by a musical performance by Filmore at 4:30 PM, with the event concluding at 6:30 PM with a spectacular fireworks display
- Attendees will be allowed on the field for the entirety of the event. To maintain proper social distancing, onfield “pods” will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis at the bottom of section 103
There are two different pod sizes – 10’x10’ (accommodating up to 6 people) and 10’x20’ (accommodating up to 15 people)
You may bring blankets to sit on in your “pod”, but chairs will be prohibited
- THIS IS A CASHLESS EVENT – ONLY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED
- The Splendid Splinter, 7th Inning Stretch, and Que’s concessions stands, as well as the 3rd Base Team Store will all be open during this event
Please maintain social distancing and a mask is required when waiting in line - There will be two beverage carts on the field
- Mobile food ordering is also available, with delivery to your designated on-field “pod” or stadium seat
