Reyes (10-3) struck out eight in his seven-inning gem while allowing just three hits and one run with no walks. He is the first pitcher in franchise history to throw two complete games in one season.
The only support he needed came in the bottom of the second when the Drive (18-14, 43-58) scored a pair of runs off
The only mistake made by Reyes came in the fifth when
Castellanos and
Hickory received a gem of a pitching performance of their own in the night game, as
Huff continued his big day at the plate for the Crawdads in game two, as he hit a three-run homer in the fourth inning off
The Drive's only run in the nightcap came in the third to briefly put them up 1-0.
