To ensure the health and safety of our teams, fans and staff during this time, some policies have changed. We encourage patrons to thoroughly read the below guidelines for a seamless visit to Principal Park.

View the tournament schedule here.

TICKETS

Due to social distancing measures enacted at Principal Park, and as a result the limited available seating, all tickets for the 2020 High School State Baseball Tournament will be Reserved Seating. Reserved seats mean that fans will pick the specific seats that they would like before they go into the game. Your ticket will have a specific section row and seat attached.

Seating will be limited to approximately 1,800 seats to allow for social distancing. All tickets will be first-come, first-serve. We encourage fans to purchase their tickets online, in advance to guarantee seating. The ticket office at Principal Park will remain open for patrons to purchase tickets by card day-of-game. No cash will be accepted.

For those that are looking to sit together, it is important that all tickets be purchased at the same time. To encourage social distancing from other groups/ families, adjacent seats to those within an order will become unavailable for purchase after the initial order is placed. This means that if two seats are purchased in a block of four available seats, the unclaimed 2 seats will become unavailable for future purchase.

Once a matchup is finalized, pre-sale tickets will be available through schools for team families. Tickets will be available to the general public shortly after.

Tickets are $12 plus any online ticket processing fees. Children 3 and under are free if they sit on a lap. Skybox Suites are available for $200 per game and can hold up to 10 people. To reserve a Skybox, contact Brent at 515-243-6111 or [email protected] To facilitate added social distancing opportunities, gates will only open after the earlier game has finished and fans have exited the ballpark.

All sales will be final. In the event of postponement, no refunds or exchanges will be available. Instead, tickets will be automatically valid for entry to the determined make up for that game.

PARKING

Parking is free, courtesy of the Iowa High School Athletic Association, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

WHAT CAN I BRING?

Fans are permitted to bring in one, sealed water bottle per person. No other outside food and drink will be allowed to enter the ballpark. Coolers will not be permitted.

No firearms or tobacco are allowed in the stadium at any time. Signs are also prohibited.

Sunscreen, umbrellas and blankets are allowed.

CONCESSIONS

A select concessions menu will be available in the third-base concourse in a grab-and-go format to limit contact. Stu’s BBQ will also be open. No cash will be accepted at the concession stands. Vending machines offering Coke products are stationed around the concourse for patrons wishing to use cash.
