IOWA CUBS RELEASE 2027 SCHEDULE

In conjunction with Major League Baseball, the Iowa Cubs today announced the 2027 regular season schedule. The 2027 regular season will consist of 75 home games and 75 road games and span across seven months. Iowa will open the year with three games at Columbus on March 26-28. The I-Cubs first home series will be vs. Toledo on March 30-April 4.
The 2027 schedule is highlighted by two home series against the St. Paul Saints from June 29-July 4 and Aug. 10-15. There will be 13 Friday firework shows at Principal Park in 2027.
Four holiday games are on Iowa’s 2027 home schedule: Cinco de Mayo, May 5 vs. Omaha, Mother’s Day, May 9 vs. Omaha, Father’s Day, June 20 vs. Louisville and Fourth of July, July 4 vs. St. Paul.
Three new teams will be on the schedule for the I-Cubs in 2027, as they travel to the Oklahoma City Comets on May 11-16 and the Charlotte Knights on June 8-13 and host the Salt Lake City Bees from Aug. 24-29.
The I-Cubs will also play the Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Memphis Redbirds, on July 16-18 at Principal Park.
Iowa will host one 12-game homestand from April 27-May 9 vs. Indianapolis and Omaha.
Aside from the season-opening series and the series following the All-Star break, each matchup will be a six-game set running from Tuesday through Sunday with Monday being a league-wide off day.
