To start, you will need to download the Premium Parking App.

1. After parking your car, scan the QR code posted by any of the kiosks
2. Enter your License Plate Number
3. Select 6-Hr Rate
4. Enter Promo Code received in the ticket buyers email
5. Review
6. Initiate Payment

To receive a parking code, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. the night before the game.

Example:

For a game on May 5:

• Tickets purchased at 10 p.m. on May 4 → Eligible to receive a parking code

• Tickets purchased at 9 a.m. on May 5 → Not eligible to receive a parking code

Please note, this is a public garage that is used for other events, and parking spots are subject to availability.

Your parking code is valid for up to 6 hours.

You must select a 6-Hour rate. If any other time period is selected, the code will not work.

As soon as you enter the code and hit check out.

• If you want to extend your time, the Premium Parking App will notify you that your parking is about to expire
  • Please note: your parking code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be used to extend your parking session.

Anyone who purchases tickets by 11:59 p.m. the night before the game will receive a parking code.

• Please note: only the original ticket purchaser/account holder will receive the one-time-use parking code email. If you would like each individual in your group to receive their own code, tickets must be digitally forwarded to each person the night before the game.

• ALL tickets must be digitally forwarded to each member of the suite so that each person receives their own parking code email with a unique one-time-use code.

Please contact your group leader for your tickets prior to 11:59 PM the day before the game.

An email containing your one-time parking code will be sent to the email associated with the ticket purchased for the game you plan on attending.

• Please be sure to check your spam folder and ensure that you are not unsubscribed from Memphis Redbirds emails.
• All email accounts unsubscribed from Redbird's emails will be filtered out of our messaging and unable to access their code.

**Please note that codes cannot be regenerated or resent once the initial email is sent**
