Memphis Redbirds x Premium Parking

The Memphis Redbirds have partnered with Premium Parking to offer fans an $8 parking code for the 250 Peabody Garage on game days.

Fans who purchase tickets by 11:59 p.m. the night before the game — and have their tickets digitally delivered — will receive the code via email the morning of the game.

This code will be valid only at 250 Peabody Garage for a 6-Hour time slot.

How do I use my parking code?

After parking your car, scan the QR code posted by any of the kiosks

How early do I need to purchase tickets to receive a parking code?

To receive a parking code, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. the night before the game.

Example:

For a game on May 5:

Tickets purchased at 10 p.m. on May 4 → Eligible to receive a parking code

Tickets purchased at 9 a.m. on May 5 → Not eligible to receive a parking code

Does this guarantee me a parking spot?

Please note: this is a public garage that may also be used for other events, and parking spots are subject to availability.

How long is my parking code valid for?

Your parking code is valid for up to 6 hours.

You must select a 6-Hour rate. If any other time period is selected, the code will not work.

When does my parking time start?

As soon as you enter the code and hit check out.

If you want to extend your time, the Premium Parking App will notify you that your parking is about to expire
- Please note: your parking code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be used to extend your parking session.

If I don't use my parking code on the day of the game, can I use it another day?

No, your parking code is only valid for one-time use on the specific game day it was issued for.

Is my parking code valid at other Premium Parking locations?

No, your code is only valid for parking at 250 Peabody Place.

Can my group get access to the parking discount?

Yes. ALL tickets must be digitally forwarded to each individual in your group by 11:59 p.m. the night before the game in order for each person to receive their parking code email.
