The Memphis Redbirds are cooking up something special!

On May 16–17, we're rebranding as the Memphis BBQ Nachos for an unforgettable weekend! Born right here at AutoZone Park, the barbecue nacho is a true Memphis original and it's time this iconic culinary creation takes its place alongside the city's legends like Elvis, B.B. King, and others.

After decades as the top-selling concession at the ballpark, the BBQ nacho has become synonymous with downtown Memphis and grown into a nationwide phenomenon. Crunchy, savory, and smothered in sauce, it’s Memphis flavor at its finest. Read more about the BBQ Nacho launch here.

Friday, May 16

Gates Open at 6:05 PM / First Pitch at 7:05 PM

Kick off our inaugural BBQ Nacho Weekend on Friday night! The first 1,000 fans (21+) will get a Memphis spatula presented by Miller Lite!

We'll also have the Kids Zone open on the Old Bluff, a pregame autograph session presented by Sylvamo, and plenty more nacho themed fun to create more cheesy memories at AutoZone Park!

Saturday, May 17

Gates Open at 5:35 PM / First Pitch at 6:35 PM

Spend your Saturday night at the ballpark! The first 1,500 fans will receive a BBQ Nachos grilling shirt presented by Memphis BBQ Co.

Stick around after the game for our first post-game fireworks show of the 2025 season! We'll also have the Kids Zone on the Old Bluff and a pregame autograph session presented by Sylvamo!
