On this week's edition of Cat Chat, Chris Jared catches up with three of the women in the Fisher Cats front office to discuss their roads to New Hampshire and the impact of their roles at the ballpark and in the community.
Melissa Dallenbach is the Director of Stadium Operations at Delta Dental Stadium and joined the Fisher Cats in April 2024. Prior to stadium ops, Melissa served five years as Assistant Athletic Director and two years as Athletic Director at Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Sydney Peterson joined staff in New Hampshire in September 2023 and has served roles in Minor League Baseball since 2018. Sydney began as a box office assistant with the Frisco RoughRiders in 2018 and eventually earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and a master's degree from Texas A&M before joining the Fisher Cats.
Courtney Peltak is from Hooksett, New Hampshire and has been attending Fisher Cats games all her life. Prior to her current role of Partnership Management Coordinator with the Fisher Cats, Courtney developed a feel of the front office life as a member of the Fisher Cats' Ambassador Program, which is designed for young professionals to experience multiple roles at Delta Dental Stadium. Courtney graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of New England before joining the Fisher Cats full time.
