Norfolk's first run came from Jud Fabian, who hit his 5th home run of the season. It was his second straight game with a home run. Fabian finished 3-for-5 with the solo home run.
Memphis held the lead for the entire game after taking the initial lead in the third inning. Norfolk scraped a run across in the ninth but that would be it for them in the loss. Memphis has now taken the 2-1 series lead after taking back-to-back games. Game four of the series is tomorrow night, with first pitch at 6:35
