Woodbridge, VA---The Potomac Nationals are excited to announce their 2018 Carolina League regular season schedule, the 41st season in Potomac Baseball franchise history.
The 2018 schedule features 70 games at The Pfitz and 70 games split between the nine other Carolina League ballparks, stretching from Wilmington, DE down to Myrtle Beach, SC.
The P-Nats will open up the season at home for the first time since 2015, in search of the club's sixth Carolina League Championship. Pfitzner Stadium will play host to the season opener between the P-Nats and Wilmington Blue Rocks (Kansas City Royals) on Thursday, April 5th. It will be the third consecutive season in which Potomac and Wilmington will kick off the season. The 70-game road slate is set to begin in Frederick, MD on Thursday, April 12th. The P-Nats and Frederick Keys (Baltimore Orioles) will play for four days, while Potomac will conclude the road trip with a visit to Salem, VA to face off in a set with the Salem Red Sox (Boston Red Sox).
