1. When are the ticket office and Team Store open?

The PawSox off-season business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM. During the season the Box Office and Team Store hours are:
- When the team is home: 9:00AM through the conclusion of the game
- When the team is on the road: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM - 3:00PM

2. I have tickets to a game, but I can't make it due to unforseen circumstances. Can I exchange my tickets for another game?

All of our ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

We cannot hold tickets without full payment.

4. What age is a child?

A child is 12 and under.

A senior citizen is 62 and over.

6. I have a young child. Do I need to buy a ticket for him/her?

If he/she is two and under then he/she does not need a ticket as long as the child does not need his or her own seat.

7. Where is the Will-Call Window?

The Will-Call window is the very first window on the left located at the PawSox ticket office right outside the Blue Main Entry Tower. If you are picking up tickets, please provide a photo ID.

8. Can I use my AAA discount for tickets?

In order to receive the AAA discount, you should go to your local AAA office, where you can purchase Reserved Seat Flex Tickets at a discount. Please remember that these coupons MUST BE EXCHANGED at the PawSox box office, by over the phone for an available reserved seat. Early trade in is recommended, since many of our games will sell out of reserved seats several days in advance (or earlier!).

10. I have a flex ticket that says it can be exchanged for a box seat. What does this mean and how can I use it?

This flex ticket can be exchanged for a box seat to any regular season game this year, based on availability. It is NOT valid for playoff games or other McCoy Stadium events. You may exchange the flex ticket in person at the box office, through the mail, or by phone. If you choose to mail your flex tickets, please include a $4 service and handling fee and a note detailing a first, second, and third choice of games as well as your complete contact information to:

11. I have box seat coupons but there are no games that have box seats left, or no box seats left for the game I wish to attend. What do I do?

You can use this coupon for a general admission ticket for any future game which has general admission tickets remaining, however you will not receive any money back.

12. I have a coupon that says it can be exchanged for a general admission ticket. What does this mean and how can I use it?

This coupon can be exchanged for a general admission ticket to any remaining regular season game, based on availability. Flex Tickets are valid for playoff games however, they are not valid for McCoy Stadium events. You may exchange the coupon in person at the box office, through the mail, or by phone. If you choose to mail your coupons, please include a $4 service and handling fee and a note detailing a first, second, and third choice of games as well as your complete contact information to:

13. May I upgrade my general admission flex ticket and purchase a box seat?

If you would like to upgrade to Field Box or Reserved Seating, please present your flex tickets at the PawSox Ticket Office, whether in advance or on the day of the game. Applicable upgrade fees do apply.

14. I am handicapped or have trouble getting around. Where is your handicapped seating? How many companions may I have?

We have two types of handicapped seating: box seats and general admission. The handicapped box seats are located along the top of the green seats. Some are spaces and some are stadium seats. Ushers can help accommodate your group if you need additional folding chairs, etc. Our general admission handicapped seating is located along the top of the blue sections. The areas are similar to the box seat handicapped areas. It is important to realize that these spaces are assigned - it is NOT first come first served like the rest of our general admission seating. If you are interested in purchasing handicapped accessible seating, please call the PawSox Ticket Office at 401-724-7300 or purchase in person at the Ticket Office. Generally, we allow 2 companions per handicapped individual. Please call the PawSox Box Office at (401)724-7300 for help ordering accessible game tickets.

16. What's the deal with Standing Room Only Tickets?

Once all box seats and general admission tickets are sold, we begin to sell standing room only (SRO) tickets. These cost $9 for adults and $6 for children or senior citizens. You will stand with these tickets, there will be no available seats. You can stand behind the berm, on the terrace, behind the general admission seating or on the landings on the entry tower. PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT be allowed to enter the stadium until at least 15 minutes AFTER the game starts to ensure that fans holding general admission tickets have an opportunity to locate available seating.

17. I see Red, Green, and Blue tents in the outfield. What are they?

These are our BBQ tents, where we host groups of 25 or more for an All You Can Eat pre-game BBQ. BBQ tickets are not sold individually and they cannot be purchased at the box office on the day of the game. 18. Where is your General Admission seating?

Anyone with a general admission ticket may sit in any available blue seat, the outfield bleachers (which open at game time) or on the grassy berm in left field. Please remember that general admission seating is always first come, first serve. The PawSox recommend arriving about an hour in advance on most nights if you have general admission tickets. Gates open one hour prior on Monday-Thursday game days and an hour and half prior on Friday-Sunday game days.

19. I have general admission tickets. Can I upgrade them to box seats?

If you would like to upgrade your General Admission ticket(s) to Field Box or Reserved seating, please see a representative at the PawSox Ticket Office on the day of the game. The inside Ticket Office window is located to the right of the Main Gate stairwell.

20. What happens if the game gets rained out?

If the game is deemed an official rain out you will be able to exchange your ticket for any remaining game during the same season, based on availability. However, there are some exceptions. If your ticket has a rain date printed on it then you must use the ticket for that rain date, it cannot be exchanged for another game. If your ticket is valid for multiple games, it will not be valid to exchange for a game not printed on the ticket. If there is any doubt about the status of a game, please check the PawSox website for the most recent news, or contact the PawSox at (401)724-7300.

21. What if the weather is bad and I don't want to come to the game?

You will not be issued any refund or exchange if the game is played. A game is official after 5 innings. (4 ½ if the PawSox are in the lead).

22. It is raining and I have a suite (or barbeque) today. What do I do?

All of our suites and barbeques are rain or shine events. Assume that the event is on, and contact your personal PawSox representative with any additional questions or concerns.
