Free River Cats annual Preseason Party is this Sunday

West Sacramento, Calif. - Sacramento River Cats fans will get a sneak peek of the 2019 season on Sunday, March 3 during the annual River Cats Preseason Party at Raley Field. This free event will run from noon until 3:00 pm and features free hot dogs, pizza and soda, clubhouse tours, and the release of single game ticket sales.
Another exciting feature of this year's Preseason Party is batting practice on the field (weather permitting). Fans of all ages will have an opportunity to take batting practice down on the field for a donation to the River Cats Foundation. There will also be free activities for kids including arts and crafts, face painters, and the Down on the Farm play area.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to get their tickets to the 20th season of River Cats baseball at the Tri Counties Bank Ticket Office. Fans are encouraged to secure seats for premium games like Opening Night, Independence Day Eve, Star Wars Night, and all giveaway dates early to avoid lines and ticket shortages. The Tri Counties Bank Ticket Office will open at 12:00 p.m.
River Cats faithful can also gear up for the new season by visiting the new-and-improved On Deck Shop at Raley Field. The store is stocked with a wide variety of the newest River Cats gear, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and novelty items.
