NOTES:
- The Cardinals trailed 8-1 after six innings on Friday night.
- Deniel Ortiz got Springfield on the board with his sixth home run of the season.
- Tre Richardson III and Dakota Harris in the sixth inning. Each of them have homered in back-to-back games.
- Harris would hit his second home run of the game in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the Cardinals the lead. The longball completed Springfield's comeback of scoring eight unanswered runs.
