The Chiefs and Bisons will play the final game of the 2017 season as originally scheduled on Monday afternoon at 1:05 p.m.
All promotions from Sunday's game will be moved to Monday, including Back to School Day, the lunchbox giveaway for the first 1,000 fans 12 and under, and kids eating free. Monday's game also includes 25-cent hot dogs and kids can run the bases after the game.
Monday is also still Fan Appreciation Day, dedicated to Chiefs faithful and long-time season-ticket holder Frederick Karle. A new Fan Wall of Fame will be unveiled and dedicated in his honor. And Monday also features the return of the undefeated Salt Potatoes.
John Simms is set to start in Monday's game for the Chiefs. T.J. House is slated to take the hill for the Bisons.
