Syracuse Mets Ballpark A-Z Guide

315 Bullpen Bar - the 315 Bullpen Bar is located down the 3rd base line overlooking left field. This partially covered area features a long bar that offers a fantastic, unique view of the game and is open to fans during the game.

Accessible Ticket Policy: Accessible seating is considered general admission at NBT Bank Stadium. Accessible seating is available on our main concourse and lower concourse. Main concourse level accessible seating is accessed easily by taking the elevator located in the main lobby. If fans want accessible seating in the lower concourse, simply enter at the Hank Sauer Gate at right-field. Fans can also gain accessibility to this level from inside the stadium through the Metropolitan Club. For the most accessibility ask for the Concourse Seating.

Accessible Parking: There are several reserved parking spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify the parking staff of your desire to park in the reserved accessible area. Proper accessible ID is required. If you require accessible parking, please be sure to arrive early as these parking spaces often fill up quickly.

Alcohol Regulations: All persons purchasing alcoholic beverages must have valid photo ID and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. It is unlawful to purchase alcohol for minors.

ATM – There is no ATM at NBT Bank Stadium. Our stadium is cashless & only accepts credit/debit cards.

Bally Live Mobile App – All available MiLB games are streamed for FREE on the Bally Live mobile app. Fans only provide a phone number to watch - no account creation required.

Behavior: The Syracuse Mets is a family-oriented experience; we ask that the behavior of our fans be in accordance with this atmosphere. Therefore, the following will not be permitted: trespassing on the playing field; interfering with baseballs that are in play; throwing objects; using foul or obscene language or gestures; using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; excessive or underage consumption of alcohol; disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior; accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential; misusing tickets, passes, or credentials; and bringing prohibited items into the ballpark. Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games. Guests can report violations to the nearest security guard or to Guest Services behind section 210 on the concourse.

Beer Garden: The Amazin’ Beer Garden - Located on the lower concourse underneath The Metropolitan club, - visit The Amazin’ Beer Garden for unique & exclusive hard to find craft beers.

Berm Seating: NBT Bank Stadium has two artificial grass berms, located at the end of the 1st and 3rd base side on the 100-level. Berm seating will be open to any fan with a ticket to the game, unless reserved for a private event. No chairs will be permitted on the Berm seating; however, blankets or seat cushions are welcome. Fans will not be permitted to run, roughhouse, play catch, or disrupt other fans or players while in Berm seating. Parents may not leave their children unattended on the berms. Any fans violating the Berm rules may be asked to return to their ticketed seat.

Birthday Requests: All requests to be included on the Mets Birthday Board must be submitted 12 hours in advance of the game online at syracusemets.com, visit the community tab In-game Videoboard Messages link. Requests can also be dropped off at Gannon Pest Control Guest Services located behind section 210 before the first pitch of the game. Space is limited and all requests may not be able to be accommodated.

Cameras: Fans are permitted to use both still and video cameras to shoot pre-game, game action and between innings as long as they are not obstructing the view of other fans and remain in their designated seat. Camera lenses larger than 6" will not be allowed inside the stadium. Tripods and other camera stands and Flash Photography are prohibited. At no time will anyone be allowed entry on the field.

Child Ticket Policy: Children two (2) years old and under are admitted to NBT Bank Stadium at no charge for Mets games as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children three (3) years old and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 will receive a $4 discount. Children’s tickets can only be purchased at the Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium and can NOT be purchased online.

Cleaning Program: The Syracuse Mets are committed to a high-quality cleaning and disinfecting program for the safety of our Fans, Players and Staff. The program features clean air technology brands such as Clorox and Proctor and Gamble. We strive to be MET-TICULOUSLY clean, as a clean ballpark is a safe ballpark.

Craft Beer Fridays—On Fridays, Fans 21 & older can purchase an Outfield Box ticket package for $30 that includes a ticket to the game and (2) 16 oz. vouchers for craft beers at The Amazin’ Beer Garden at NBT Bank Stadium, located on the 1st base side near the Metropolitan Club. Purchase the same package with a Dugout Box ticket for $35.

Credit Cards: The Onondaga Coach ticket office, all concession stands and bars, and the Team Store accept the four major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)

Exit/Re-Entry: Guests are not permitted to leave NBT Bank Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the Stadium.

First Aid: Emergency Medical Service is provided at every game by TLC Emergency Medical Services. Fans in need of medical assistance should inform a security officer, Mets staff member or usher immediately. Emergency medical service is available on the Main Concourse behind Section 215.

Food & Beverage Carry-In Policy: No outside food or beverage is allowed in the stadium and all bags are subject to search.

Four-top seating: The Premium Table Sections, presented by Wildcat Sports Pub features 32 four-top tables, six two-top tables, and 30 single drink rail seats located in sections 208-210 behind home plate. These seating options feature in seat food and beverage service can be sold individually or in groups, based on availability as well as partial or full season seat memberships. Gate Openings: NBT Bank Stadium gates open 1 hour and five minutes before the game, unless otherwise specified.

Group Outings - Bring your friends to a Mets game! Groups of 15 or more can purchase tickets at a $5-$7 discount to enjoy a Mets game. Groups can be birthday parties, office outings, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, & more! Guest Services: Gannon Pest Control Guest Services is located on the main concourse behind section 210, right next to Pavone’s Pizza.

Hall of Fame: The Syracuse Baseball Hall of Fame is located down the first base side, underneath the Metropolitan Club. It is open during every Syracuse Mets Home game, from the time gates open until the end of the game. The Hall of Fame features the Syracuse Baseball Wall of Fame, memorabilia, pictures & artifacts from throughout Syracuse Baseball history. Fans can access the Hall of Fame by entering through the Hank Sauer Gate, or taking the ramp by the Salt City Deck down to ground level.

Hearing Impaired: If any of our guests are hearing impaired and need assistance, please go to the Gannon Pest Control Guest Service Desk and see one of our customer service team members. Devices for those hearing impaired are available at every game. If a device does not fit your needs, our customer service members will try to help in any way we can to make your time with us easy and enjoyable.

Left Field Terrace: Located down the left field line in the 200-level, this area is open to all fans unless booked for a private event. For availability please call our group sales and hospitality department at 315-474-7833 or send an email to [email protected]

Lost and Found: Fans who have lost or found an item should report to Gannon Pest Control Guest Services located behind section 210. Lost and found objects will be stored by the Syracuse Mets for 30 days after they have been lost. At the end of 30 days, lost items will be donated to the Rescue Mission Alliance in Syracuse, NY.

Lost Children: Lost children should be escorted to Gannon Pest Control Guest Services located behind Section 210 on the Main Level. Parents trying to locate a lost child should contact guest services or security.

Lost Tickets: Season Ticket holders may have their ticket reprinted by visiting the Onondaga Coach ticket office. Depending on the method of purchase, single game buyers may be able to have lost tickets reprinted. However, the Syracuse Mets cannot guarantee a lost ticket will be recovered. If your ticket is able to be recovered, your reprinted ticket will have a new barcode, while the original barcode is voided out.

Metropolitan Club – The Metropolitan Club located at the end of the 1st base side of the stadium, is an enclosed banquet room where groups can enjoy a catered meal, a full bar, and access to stadium seating. The Metropolitan Club is open for all fans to enjoy if not booked for a private party. Call the Mets front office for rental information or email [email protected].

Patios and Sky Suites - Patios and Sky Suites are a great spot to enjoy a baseball game with a group outing of your co-workers, family, friends, and beyond! Group outings feature a ticket to the game, a catered menu, & picnic seating overlooking NBT Bank Stadium from the 300 level and 4th floor Press Box level. Patios and Sky Suites must be booked in advance, for availability please contact the Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium at 315-474-7833 or [email protected].

Peanut Controlled Area: Presented by Allergy & Asthma Diagnostic Office, Section 200 is for fans with peanut sensitivities. Just mention the peanut controlled area at the Onondaga Coach ticket office and you will be seated in section 200 with a great view of the game from the 1st base side of the ballpark.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of guide dogs or during the Mets Bark in the Park Days at the Ballpark. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

Piazza Rooftop Lounge: The all new Piazza Rooftop Lounge is a private area for groups wishing to enjoy the game in a more relaxed atmosphere. The Piazza Rooftop Lounge features comfortable outdoor furniture and fire Pit, outdoor games such as Cornhole and food from our suite menu’s. Postponed Games: There are two types of cancellations--before gates open and while game is in progress.

By MLB rules, five innings (or four and a half innings if the home team is leading the game) constitutes a complete game and no ticket refunds or rain checks will be issued. Tickets purchased from a postponed/cancelled Syracuse Mets regular season game can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a Syracuse Mets regular season game within one year of originally scheduled game date (subject to availability). No refunds will be issued. See below for full rain check policy. In the event a double header is postponed after five innings of game one have been completed, it will be considered a complete game. No refunds or rain checks will be issued.

Please be advised that MLB governs the rescheduling of postponed games and, in most cases, the game will be replayed on the next available date. The umpires make the sole determination to postpone a game that has started and can only do so after waiting a minimum of 45 minutes from the time the game was halted. During an opponent's last trip to a city, the umpires make the sole determination to postpone a game, even if it hasn't started.

Prohibited Items: Fans are not permitted to bring the following items into the stadium: containers larger than 12 x8 x 12 (according to our bag policy) inches, Beach balls and other inflatables, glass bottles, fireworks, firearms, knives or other weapons, laser devices and pointers, skateboards and rollerblades, toy guns and knives (including water guns), sticks and clubs, unmanned aerial vehicles, aerosol cans, baseball bats and hard-sided coolers, Vape Pens/products, and all nicotine, tobacco or smoking products.

Radio Broadcasts: WSKO THE SCORE 1260AM is the flagship station for Syracuse Mets Baseball broadcasting all home and away games.

Radio-Personal TV's: These items are allowed in the stadium, if their use does not disrupt other guests.

Rain Check Notice: In New York: if the event to which this ticket applies is cancelled or rescheduled, the ticket distributor shall not be required to refund the ticket price if the ticket holder is given the right, within twelve months of the originally scheduled date of the event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket comparable in price and location to another, similar event. Complimentary tickets have no value and will not constitute a rain check.

Rain Delays: The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to when play shall be suspended, as well as when a game will be resumed or terminated after such suspension begins. An umpire must wait a minimum of 45 minutes after a suspension begins before making a determination on postponement or termination. A rain delay may continue as long as the umpire believes there is any chance to resume play.

Restrooms: All restrooms are equipped to serve physically challenged patrons. Please take caution when entering bathroom as floors may sometimes slippery. Family bathrooms are located on the third base side of the concourse.

Salt City Deck - The Salt City Deck is located down the first base line, overlooking right field at NBT Bank Stadium. The area is partially covered and available for group outings or parties to enjoy a catered meal, full bar, and a baseball game! Any fan can enjoy the game from the Salt City Deck, unless it is booked for a private party. To inquire about booking the Salt City Deck for your private event, please contact the Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium at 315-474-7833 or [email protected].

Season Seat Member Guaranteed Giveaway Policy: Season Seat Members are guaranteed a giveaway at the VIP Gate either when entering the stadium or right inside the gate at the Guaranteed Giveaway Table. SSM must enter at the VIP Gate to receive their Guaranteed Giveaway. Each Season Seat Member is guaranteed one (1) giveaway, per ticket, per person in attendance, age restrictions apply. This policy is intended to ensure that all season seat members in attendance receive the giveaway. Season Seat Members who do not attend the game do not qualify for the guarantee. One Season Seat Member can not pick up multiple giveaways.

Seaver Suite: This new area located on the third level of our Burdick BMW Suite level is a new indoor space for groups of 35-50. The Seaver Suite provides outdoor seating for 36 as well as the luxury of an indoor suite with TV’s, a private room and access to the Suite menu and Suite Spot Bar. Security: To ensure the safety of our fans, players and associates, the following enhanced security measures are in place for all events at NBT Bank Stadium. All persons entering the stadium will be required to enter through our walk-through metal detectors or be wanded by ballpark security. Guests will be required to remove any mobile phones, cameras, wallets, or anything else that could set off the metal detectors. Fans will be limited to (1) clear tote bag (12”x 8”x12”), one-gallon re-sealable clear plastic storage bag, small purse or clutch (12”x 8” x 12”), diaper bag (must be accompanied by a child), or a medical bag based on necessity. All other bags will be prohibited. Ballpark security officers are trained and located throughout NBT Bank Stadium.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any locations at NBT Bank Stadium or on Syracuse Mets property. Vaping is considered smoking and is not allowed. All vapes, vape products, nicotine, tobacco and smoking products are prohibited. Fans that attempt to enter the stadium with these products will be asked to take them back to their car or dispose of them. Violators of this policy will be escorted from the building.

Soliciting: Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in or on NBT Bank Stadium property is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the property. Violators of this policy will be escorted from the building.

Suite Rentals: A limited number of BMW Luxury Suites are available for rental on a game-by-game basis. For information stop by Gannon Pest Control Guest Services or call the Mets during normal business hours or email Bill Ryan at [email protected]

Sundays: Friendly Honda Family Sunday Policy—Kids Eat Free policy is that children 12 and under will receive a “Kids Eat Free” voucher upon entry. Kids can redeem their vouchers for (1) 12 oz. Coca-Cola fountain drink, (1) bag of chips, (1) kids Hofmann hot dog, and (1) kids Perry’s ice cream cup. Don’t forget to stick around and run the bases after each Sunday day game, Kids Run the Bases is presented by West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse.

Sunday Brunch: Boozy Brunch at the Ballpark, will take place 1x per month throughout the season, 4/28, 5/19, 6/2, 7/21, 8/11 & 9/22. Visit https://www.milb.com/syracuse/events/brunch for more information.

Team Store located behind section 207 is open during all Mets home games. The souvenir shop will remain open until the end of the game. Fans can visit The Team Store when the team is on the road. Hours of operation on non-game days can be found by visiting syracusemets.milbstore.com.

Thursdays: On Dollar Thursdays fans can enjoy $1 Coca-Cola fountain drinks, $2 Hofmann Natural Casing Hot Dogs and Cooney’s, $3 (16 oz) select cans and draft beer from Budweiser, Coors, Labatt, Saranac and 1911 Hard Cider. Plus, we always feature a $1 Souvenir. Every Thursday the party at the park is made better by the addition of a live DJ playing the entire game on the 315 Bullpen Bar.

Ticket Office**:** The Onondaga Coach Ticket Office is open Mon-Fri from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on non-game days. On game days Mon-Fri the ticket office is open 10am through the end of the game. On Saturdays & Sundays when the Mets are home & the game is at 6:35 p.m., the ticket office is open 12pm through the end of the game. On Saturdays & Sundays when the Mets are home & the game is at 1:05 p.m., the ticket office will be open 10am through the end of the game. (The Onondaga Coach Ticket Office cannot take phone orders for tickets starting 2 hours before first pitch.)

Ticket Resale Policy: Under penalty of law, tickets may not be resold by an unlicensed vendor for any dollar value within 1,500 feet of NBT Bank Stadium. This also applies to the resale of tickets below face value prices.

Tuesdays: On Taco Tuesday fans can enjoy (3) tacos for just $13 at the taco cart (s) located on the concourse. Chicken, beef and vegetarian options are available.

Ushers: Mets ushers are situated throughout the seating areas to assist you with your seating needs and to make your visit to the ballpark more enjoyable. If there is anything interrupting your enjoyment, please ask your usher for assistance.

Wednesdays—On We Care Wednesdays the Syracuse Mets will feature 501c3 organizations throughout the game each Wednesday! We Care Wednesdays will give selected organizations the opportunity to raise money and awareness for their mission while promoting their efforts/initiatives.
