Celebrate 4th of July a day early with the Mud Hens
What's more American than baseball, hot dogs and fireworks?! Get your 4th of July holiday weekend off to a great start by celebrating Independence Day a day early on Friday, July 3, as the Mud Hens take on Indianapolis at 7 p.m. at Fifth Third Field.
- The Mud Hens will be taking part in the Stars and Stripes minor league baseball promotion, by wearing specialty Stars and Stripes New Era Caps. Replica hats are available at the Swamp Shop. All royalties from the specialty hat sales will be donated to Welcome Back Veterans, a program addressing the needs of American soldiers returning home from duty and their families.
- Enjoy an all-you-can-eat barbeque picinic and live music at our Freedom Feast event, from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Nest Party Deck.
- It's a Red, White and Boom ending to a fun evening, with our spectacular postgame fireworks show!
