Popular 'Party in the Park' series comes to Hensville

One of downtown Toledo's most popular events is returning to Friday nights: 'Party in the Park', presented by Price Pro, is coming to Hensville Park!

Hensville 'Party in the Park' is an eight-part concert series featuring a variety of local, regional and national acts. It begins Friday, May 6 and runs through Friday, September 2.

Gates at Hensville Park will open at 5:30 p.m. Headliners start time will vary. Tickets range from $10-18. Combo tickets are available for days when there is both a concert and Mud Hens game.

Friday, May 6: Mountain Heart (country/acoustic) - They've performed in the revered Grand Ole Opry stage more than 130 times.
Friday, May 13: Daphne Willis (alternative pop) - Has co-written songs off of her new album with John Oates and Meghan Trainor.
Friday, May 27: Chase Bryant (country) - His single, "Little Bit of You" recently landed in the Top 5 at Country radio. Chase has toured with Brantley Gilbert and Tim McGraw.
Friday, June 3: The Kelley Swindall Band (country/folk) - Performs regularly throughout New York City and in the Midwest.
Friday, June 24: The Go Rounds (rock/country/soul) - The Go Rounds will be headlining the first ever Fleet-Fest as part of the Party in the Park series. The June 24 date will feature five bands on two stages and will celebrate over 70 craft beers and 50 spirits available at Fleetwood's Tap Room.
Friday, July 1: Phil Dirt and the Dozers (classic rock) - America's premiere "Rock N' Roll Oldies" review.
Friday, August 5: TBA - Major event will be announced soon!
Friday, September 2: Jennifer Westwood and the Handsome Devils (rock/country) - Coming off of two Detroit Music Awards - Outstanding Country Vocalist and Outstanding Country Artist/Group.
