We offer opportunities as a General Intern, working with our Creative Services team, or assisting with Ballpark/Facility Operations. Our interns assist with all aspects of game day operations and is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in sports event management and wants to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in Minor League Baseball.

Team Store Retail Associate
Summary of Position: Team Store Retail Associate
Work in a fun fast-paced environment during Blue Rocks Home games in the Quarry Team Merchandise Store.
Assist the Store Manager in opening the store (normally 15 minutes before each game), including light cleaning, restocking, and preparing the point of sale.
Provide excellent and friendly customer service.
Complete purchases in a timely and accurate manner through the point of sale (Square).
Assist the store manager throughout the game with store appearance including restocking, straightening up, cleaning.
Be able to lift 10 pounds.
Experience working a point of sale and cash handling is a plus.
Assist the store manager in closing the store (normally 15-30 minutes after the end of game), including cleaning and straightening the store and throwing out of trash, etc.
It is typically a 4-hour shift. Expect around 20 hours a week during homestands.
