Taylor Swift Fireworks Highlight Homestand

The PawSox return to town on Monday May 8 to open up a seven-game homestand against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders (Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees), and the Rochester Red Wings. The PawSox third homestand of the season will be highlighted by Silver Seniors Day, Travel Mug Giveaway, Taylor Swift

The PawSox return to town on Monday May 8 to open up a seven-game homestand against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders (Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees), and the Rochester Red Wings. The PawSox third homestand of the season will be highlighted by Silver Seniors Day, Travel Mug Giveaway, Taylor Swift greatest hits themed post-game fireworks, Catch with Mom on Mother's Day, and a Sunday Family Funday with post-game run the bases.   
SILVER SENIORS DAY, WEDNESDAY MAY 10: The PawSox will be hosting the first of their two "Silver Senior" celebrations this season during Wednesday's 11:05am matinee. PawSox Silver Senior packages are only $15 and include $10 of ballpark credit, and free entry into a pre-game bingo match where the winners will receive fun PawSox prizes. Ballpark credit can be utilized at any of our concession or merchandise stands.
McCOY STADIUM TRAVEL MUG GIVEAWAY, FRIDAY MAY 12: This season the PawSox are celebrating 75 years at McCoy Stadium with an array of fun giveaways for our fans. On Friday May 12 the PawSox will be giving away commemorative Travel Mugs to celebrate McCoy Stadium's diamond anniversary to the first 3,000 fans at the gates, presented by Dunkin' Donuts and NESN.
TAYLOR SWIFT POST-GAME FIREWORKS, SATURDAY MAY 13: The PawSox are excited to be hosting their signature post-game fireworks shows after every Saturday night this season. On Saturday May 13 these fireworks will be set to the tune of Taylor Swift's greatest hits, presented by Cox Communications, Brian's Fabulous Fried Dough, and Coast 93.3. All of Saturday night's action will be televised live on My Rhode Island Television. 
A CELEBRATION FOR MOMS, SUNDAY MAY 14: Spend Mother's Day at the ballpark with a pre-game BBQ at McCoy Stadium on Sunday. Enjoy an unforgettable moment with Mom and your loved ones as the PawSox welcome everyone on the field for a game of catch. All mothers in attendance will receive a red rose, courtesy of Rio Roses. The festivities will conclude after the game when the PawSox welcome all moms back on to the field with their kids to run the bases. 
PLAYER TO WATCH: Outfielder Aneury Tavárez is a recent call-up from Portland who is swinging a hot bat for the PawSox. In 18 games with the Sea Dogs, Tavarez posted a .377 batting average, belted 1 HR, and tallied 6 RBI. In his first two games with Pawtucket, Tavarez went 5-for-8 and hit two Home Runs against Syracuse. He has been hitting at the top of the order and hopes to be a key contributor going forward.
