In honor of March being Women's History Month, all month long, we're celebrating the incredible women who make up the front office of the Worcester Red Sox. Today, get to know Tayla Bolduc, our Coordinator of Social Media and Content.

Your name and title/department: Tayla Bolduc, Coordinator of Social Media and Content.

Where you're from and where you went to school: From Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Earned undergraduate degree at Johnson and Wales University.

What your walk-up song would be: Call me Little Sunshine by Ghost.

Favorite sports movie: Major League.

A woman in the sports world whom you admire: Sarah Langs, a writer for MLB living with ALS. She's a huge inspiration and the epitome of strength and perseverance.

If you weren't working in baseball, what would you be doing: If I wasn't working in baseball, I would definitely still be doing something where I can be creative. I can't imagine myself in a job where I'm not creating all the time, whether it be photography, graphic design, or social media memes. My teenage self would be really happy if I was a rockstar on a world tour, though.

Advice you would give to someone who wants to work in this industry: Work hard, but have fun doing it. Make connections with your colleagues, the fans, and the people you meet along the way. Ask questions, ask for help, and never stop learning.

Your favorite thing about working at Polar Park: Having a ballpark as my office. I love baseball, and being able to combine my passion for creativity and baseball is so awesome and something I try not to take for granted.
