WooSox' "Yoga at the Park" Event Set for Saturday, August 29, on Polar Park's Outfield Grass
WORCESTER, MA — The Worcester Red Sox will for the second straight year present a “Yoga at the Park” event at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, on Polar Park’s outfield grass. Tickets are available now at polarpark.com/yoga. Fans can enjoy a premium yoga experience on the field for $18.

Fans can enjoy a premium yoga experience on the field for $18. A deluxe package includes a mimosa and breakfast buffet after yoga in the DCU Club from 8–9 a.m. for $40 per person. The buffet features bottomless bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, fresh fruit, and a yogurt bar.
The first 250 fans to register receive a complimentary Cooling Athletic Towel adorned with the Polar Park Yoga logo.
Gate D at the DCU Plaza opens at 6:30 a.m.
The 45-minute yoga class will again be led by Brittany Vail, a certified yoga instructor at Kate’s PowerHouse in Princeton, MA, who also teaches Primary Special Education in Worcester Public Schools. Vail, a 500-hour level registered yoga teacher, earned a Master of Science in Education in Transformative Teaching & Learning with a Certificate of Specialization in Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Yoga.
The WooSox encourage attendees to bring their own light-colored mat and water bottle.
The WooSox face the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A, New York Yankees) at 4:05 p.m. that afternoon. Tickets for the game are separate and are available at woosox.com.
