CURVE, Pa. - The Altoona Curve along with 12-10 Production Company announced on Friday the details of their partnership for the 2019 season, which was previously announced on September 24.

Along with an enhancement of the in-stadium experience, fans will see upgrades to social media content in addition to HD streams on MiLB.TV and the in-ballpark televisions due to the partnership that began in 2018 with the new video board and HD control room projects at Peoples Natural Gas Field.
"With the installation of the new videoboard last season and state-of-the-art production equipment from 12-10 Production Company paired with the amazing talents of the young Jedi, David Gallagher, our in-game entertainment jumped to a new level in 2018," said Curve General Manager Derek Martin. "A continued relationship with Brad Jagielski and 12-10 Production Company in 2019 will bring an enhanced look for our fans and sponsors. With the help of Jags, we are bringing back the popular GameDay Show to the concourse that just adds to the fan experience."
Beginning in 2019, 12-10 Production Company will sponsor a portion of the GameDay show, a jersey auction and Curve Digital Productions.
Curve Digital Productions, now presented by 12-10 Production Company, will be a branded sector of the team's production department, led by Gallagher, the Curve's Creative Services Director. More than 80 percent of the Curve's digital content, videos, animations and designs used across social media and throughout the ballpark are original, in-house creations that has led to this new sponsorship opportunity.
"David Gallagher and the Curve production staff have been hard at work creating a platform to highlight the community of Altoona as well as the team on the field," said Brad Jagielski, President of 12-10 Productions. "Joining me at the Baseball Winter Meetings next week is a great opportunity for him showcase everything that has been created for the 2019 season to the baseball community."
The return of the GameDay Show will be one of CDP's in-stadium entertainment improvements. The production will be a segmented talk show format with topics covering the Curve's on-field performance, interviews with sponsors and a closer look at that day's game.
Gallagher will be assisted by Jagielski with the construction of a permanent set for the GameDay Show that will be located on the main concourse. Similar to ESPN's 'College GameDay', the new set will become a go-to spot for fans prior to first pitch. This space will also be available for fans to take pictures during games once the show is finished.
"One of my biggest efforts in my third season is to get fans more engaged to the action before first pitch," said Gallagher. "After two full seasons with the Curve, that is one area we can make better to take the fan experience to the next level."
12-10 Production Company will also hold an auction of a signed Pirates spring training jersey during the 2019 season. With the date still to be determined, the auction will benefit Our Journey of Hope, a cancer care ministry that delivers practical help to cancer patients and their families with anything from counseling to meal preparation and transportation.
2019 Curve Holiday Books, which include an exclusive Al Tuna Snowman ornament, are now available for a limited time. For tickets or more information, visit AltoonaCurve.com, call 877.99.CURVE or stop by the Peoples Natural Gas Field offices.
