CURVE, Pa. -- The Altoona Curve, Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, open their final homestand of the 2018 regular season on Wednesday night at PNG Field. The ten-game, nine-day stay includes three fireworks shows, the Neil Walker Fans' Choice All-Time Curve Team bobblehead on Saturday, an appearance by WWE Hall of Fame inductee Diamond Dallas Page on Thursday and much more.

The Curve welcome their cross-state rivals, the Harrisburg Senators (Nationals), for a two-game series on Wednesday and Thursday nights, in a battle that will decide the Route 22 Rivalry Trophy winner for 2018 and will help shape this year's Eastern League playoffs. Thursday is Pro Wresting Night III in Curve, PA, with appearance and meet & greet with Diamond Dallas Page, also known as DDP, and a postgame wrestling show from Phoenix Pro Wrestling, all presented by Stuckey Subaru.
The Richmond Flying Squirrels (Giants) will be in town for a three-day, four-game series beginning with postgame fireworks on Friday night. On Saturday, the two teams will square off in a single-admission double-header, with game one scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Fans need just one ticket per person to catch both games of the night. The gates open at 3 p.m. for the Neil Walker Fans' Choice All-Time Curve Team bobblehead giveaway for the first 1,000 fans, presented by UniFirst. That series concludes on Sunday with the annual Day in the Arts at PNG Field, featuring a performance by the Altoona Symphony Orchestra's Student String Program, plus fireworks will follow the game.
The Trenton Thunder (Yankees) come to town to begin the final home series of the regular season in a rematch of last year's Eastern League Championship Series. On Wednesday, the Curve will auction off the Digital Camo jerseys worn for every Wednesday home game this year, presented by the Altoona Mirror, with proceeds benefiting Sweats for Vets. The Curve's final regular-season home game of 2018 will be next Thursday, and will be followed by a spectacular postgame fireworks show.
