Snappers Use Force In Sixth Inning For 5-0 Opening Win

Leading the way was Snappers starter Jared Poché. Poché went seven complete innings, tying his career high, surrendering zero runs on five hits, one walk and four strikeouts. He has now won his last four starts and moved to 7-6 on the season, holding the team lead in wins.

This was the seventh shutout win of the season for the Snappers and they now have 10 or more hits in eight of their last 12 games.
The Snappers will embark on game five this homestand Sunday afternoon against the Dragons, with first pitch at at 2:00 p.m. Starting on the mound for Beloit will be right-hander
