At Sahlen Field, our goal each year is to bring as many of those great local flavors to the ballpark. After all, nothing goes better with baseball than the best tasting food.

So, come hungry for baseball AND your next meal, because nobody goes local better than the Bisons!

The Bisons organization is sensitive to the needs of fans that deal with food allergies. However, because Sahlen Field is an open-air facility, there is unfortunately no way to guarantee that any area of the ballpark be protected from such items as peanuts or peanut shells that may cause an allergic reaction in some fans.
