NOBODY does food like Buffalo, NY! Our area knows how to cook up some delicious meals and is known throughout the country as a place that does food right! At Sahlen Field, our goal each year is to bring as many of those great local flavors to the ballpark. After all, nothing goes better with baseball than the best tasting food.

So, come hungry for baseball AND your next meal, because nobody goes local better than the Bisons!

Frequently Asked Food & Beverage Questions

What forms of payment are accepted at Sahlen Field?

SAHLEN FIELD IS CASHLESS for all concessions and vending and at the Pub at the Park restaurant. Bisons fans can use all major American and Canadian credit card and US debit cards as well as secure forms of digital payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you do not have a credit card/debit card/mobile pay, fans can exchange cash for Bisons Gift Cards for use throughout the ballpark near section 104 on the main concourse. Bisons Gift Cards never expire.

Now that you are cashless, what do I do with old Bison Bucks?

Existing ‘Bisons Bucks’ held by fans are still valid, but will have to be exchanged at a designated area at Section 104 for a Bisons Gift Card of the same value.

What Gluten Free Options do you have?

Gluten-Free hot dog and hamburger rolls can be requested at any concession stands that offers those items. Our nachos also use corn chips. All ice cream products can also be served in dishes. For fans visiting the ballpark in a game day suite, please mention any special dietary needs to your account representative so that arrangements can be made.

There is also Red Bridge gluten-free beer available at the concession stand at section 108 and at the Pub at the Park restaurant.

Do you serve non alcoholic beer?

Fans can purchase Heineken 0.0 in sections 108, 111, 112, 117, 118, 209, and 210. We also offer Southern Tier Downshift N/A IPA in section 105 and Stella Artois N/A in Section 108.

Do you have any peanut-free seating options?

The Bisons organization is sensitive to the needs of fans that deal with food allergies. However, because Sahlen Field is an open-air facility, there is unfortunately no way to guarantee that any area of the ballpark be protected from such items as peanuts or peanut shells that may cause an allergic reaction in some fans.
