Dragons Announce Promotion of Chase Burns to Double-A; Wade Miley to Start for Dragons Tonight on Rehab Assignment
The Dayton Dragons, in conjunction with the Cincinnati Reds, announced the following roster changes today: Right-handed pitcher Chase Burns has been promoted from Dayton to Double-A Chattanooga. Left-handed pitcher Wade Miley has been added to the roster on a Minor League injury rehab assignment. Miley is currently on the Louisville

Right-handed pitcher Chase Burns has been promoted from Dayton to Double-A Chattanooga.
Left-handed pitcher Wade Miley has been added to the roster on a Minor League injury rehab assignment. Miley is currently on the Louisville injured list.
Outfielder Anthony Stephan has been placed on the 7-day injured list, retroactive to April 21.
Right-handed pitcher Trey Braithwaite has been transferred to Dayton from the Chattanooga development list.
Chase Burns, the Reds top prospect and first round draft pick in 2024, made three starts for the Dragons. In 11.2 innings, Burns struck out 20 while allowing just five hits and four runs. He featured a fastball that reached 100 mph during his time with the Dragons.
