FREDERICKSBURG, VA - Lace up your sneakers and start training for the best race of the year! The first-ever Gus 5K is set for Saturday, November 15th!

Whether you're sprinting like you're stealing home or jogging to enjoy the sights, this race is a celebration of community, baseball and giving back. There will be a 5k, plus a one mile race for kids 12 and under and a one mile race for ages 13+.

Plus, go the extra mile and get your business involved! Parter with the FredNats Foundation for the event, with everything from title sponsorship, to being on the medals and more.

Proceeds from the Gus 5K benefit the Fredericksburg Nationals Foundation.
