For more than three decades, Frisco RoughRiders General Partner and CEO Chuck Greenberg has built his reputation as an innovative franchise owner and operator, corporate and sports attorney, dealmaker, advisor and expert on the business and economics of major professional sports.

Chuck's involvement with the RoughRiders began on August 20, 2014 when the ownership group he and Scott Sonju put together finalized the purchase of the franchise from Mandalay Baseball Properties. In addition to his role with the RoughRiders, he currently holds the title of Chairman and Managing Partner with the Myrtle Beach (SC) Pelicans, the Class A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs and the State College (PA) Spikes, the former Class-A Short Season affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals and current member of the MLB Draft League.

In November 2009, Chuck announced the formation of Greenberg Sports Group (GSG), which provides management, consulting and marketing services to the sports industry across the country.

Well respected across baseball, Chuck has the distinguished honor of serving as the Chairman of the Minor League Baseball Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. During his more than two decades as a MiLB owner and operator, he has worked on various initiatives to grow the brand of baseball.

Chuck is the former Managing Partner & CEO of the Texas Rangers, a role he assumed in 2010 after his group of investors (Rangers Baseball Express, LLC), which included Baseball Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan, acquired the Major League Baseball franchise from Tom Hicks and Hicks Sports Group.

His tenure as Rangers' Managing Partner & CEO was highlighted by the club winning the American League Pennant and reaching its first World Series in the history of the franchise. Off the field, Chuck spearheaded the development of an enhanced senior management staff, overhauled the fan experience at Globe Life Park in Arlington, constructed and installed a new state-of-the-art video board, game entertainment control room and technological overhaul of Rangers Ballpark, and helped re-establish a sense of trust and excitement between the franchise and community. He was also the architect of a lucrative and landmark deal with Fox Sports Southwest that has since changed the landscape of media rights deals throughout the sports industry.

Chuck's professional baseball career began in October 2001, when he led an ownership group which purchased the Double-A Eastern League's Altoona Curve. During his time as the Curve's President & Managing Partner (2002-08), the club set numerous single-game and season attendance records, continually re-invested private money into capital improvement projects at Blair County Ballpark, and helped the franchise gain national stature as one of the most creative and innovative teams in professional sports.

The Curve won the prestigious Larry MacPhail Promotional Award in 2004, the 2006 Baseball America Freitas Award as the top Double-A franchise and added the highest honor bestowed annually upon a Minor League Baseball club, the John H. Johnson President's Trophy, in 2006. Altoona became only the 11th franchise to receive all three major awards and was the first team to accomplish the feat in less than three years.

The Pittsburgh native had a long and successful career as a corporate and sports attorney. Throughout his career, he lent his expertise to the acquisition and sale of more than two dozen franchises in baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer and lacrosse.

Among his work in the sports industry, Chuck was instrumental in helping put together the deal that landed a group led by National Hockey League Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux and renowned businessman Ron Burkle ownership of the bankrupt Pittsburgh Penguins in 1999 and saved the franchise for Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. In 2007, he represented Lemieux, Burkle and the Penguins in successful negotiations with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County which resulted in a deal to build a brand-new, state-of-the-art arena in downtown Pittsburgh and secure the future of the Penguins in Pittsburgh.

Chuck has been featured in numerous articles and has made frequent television and radio appearances concerning the business and economics of sports, particularly regarding sports franchises and facilities. He has also been a frequent speaker and panelist at the annual National Sports Forum and Baseball Winter Meetings. In 2008, he was named to the Sports Business Research Advisory Board at Penn State University, representing team owners in the work of the Center for Sports Business Research, which focuses on the development of first-rate academic and applied empirical research in the sports industry while helping to define educational opportunities for students looking to start careers in sports business.

He also serves as a founding member on the board of directors of the Mario Lemieux Foundation and also served on the executive committee of the Mario Lemieux Celebrity Golf Invitational, which was held for nearly 20 years. The Mario Lemieux Foundation made nearly $40 million in charitable grants, primarily in the field of cancer research, treatment and patient care.

Chuck graduated from Upper St. Clair High School in Pittsburgh in 1978 and four years later received his B.A. from Tufts University in Massachusetts. In 1985, he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. Chuck divides his time between Southern California and the Metroplex and has three adult sons and five grandchildren.

Frisco RoughRiders General Manager Scott Burchett is entering his 19th season with the franchise. Burchett oversees all aspects of franchise operations for the Double-A baseball club including the establishment of community and corporate partnerships, ticket sales & marketing, fan entertainment, communications, facilities operations, budget management and Major League Affiliate relations. He served as the team's lead contact for nearly $8 million in capital improvements to Riders Field since the start of the 2015 season, highlighted by the construction of the award-winning Lazy River, the largest water feature in a professional sporting venue in the world.

Burchett was recently named the 2017 Bill Valentine Executive of the Year Award, which was voted on by executives representing all Texas League teams. Prior to joining the RoughRiders, Burchett worked for MLB.com. He was born and raised in Garland, Texas, and attended Baylor University. He resides in McKinney, Texas, along with his wife Caroline and their three children.

Lanford begins his 13th season with the RoughRiders in 2024 as the team's VP of Sales.

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management and an M.Ed in Intercollegiate Athletics Administration.

While at OU, Ross was a sports marketing and licensing intern within the Sooners Athletic Department.

Ross enjoys playing all sports and loves the outdoors. He likes to enjoy these activities with his family and friends.

Sandborn begins her 8th season with the RoughRiders in 2024. She was born in California and moved across the country to Midlothian, Virginia. Sandborn graduated from Christopher Newport University in May 2017 with a degree in Business Administration. While at CNU, she interned for the Norfolk Tides, Triple-A for the Baltimore Orioles and worked for the CNU Athletic Department.

Sandborn is a die hard Cowboys fan, so you can expect her to be cheering them on every Sunday during football season. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with friends and family and watch all kinds of reality TV.

Baker begins his 10th season with the RoughRiders in 2024 as Corporate Sales Manager. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Sports Management while working in the OSU Football Department assisting with recruiting and operations. He also has previous work experience with the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association and the Round Rock Express, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Rangers.

Born in Austin, Texas, with no major sports teams in town, Baker is a fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Celtics, his fantasy football team and, of course, the Oklahoma State Cowboys. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball, eating Girl Scout cookies and modeling for the Rider's Outpost online store. Tom also plans to be on and win his favorite television show, CBS's Big Brother, in the near future.

Mazzawy (who goes by TJ) begins his fourth season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Originally from the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York, Mazzawy graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. He began his career working for the Texas A&M Facilities department during his tenure at A&M, then interned for the Brazos Valley Bombers before eventually coming up to DFW to work for the RoughRiders.

Although originally from New York, Mazzawy loves just about everything to do with Texas from its historical events like the Alamo to its love of southern food like Blue Bell & Brisket. Mazzawy also loves just about every sport and takes pride in the fact that he can bring people great experiences through sports and events. He is exhilarated to start his career with the RoughRiders and looks forward to the memories and experiences he will gain from his time here.

Provence begins his second full season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Growing up in Fairview, Texas, Provence went on to play baseball for the University of Oklahoma then graduated from UNT with a degree in Event Sport Management.

Provence played football, basketball and baseball where he developed his competitive drive.

When Tyler isn’t working, he’s likely spending time with family and friends. Provence loves the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers.

2024 is Wooten's third year with the Frisco RoughRiders. Wooten graduated from the University of North Texas and then spent two years in the Ticket Operations department for the Texas Rangers Baseball club.

In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, family, and his dog “Champ”. He also enjoys collecting bobbleheads and autographed memorabilia.

Graham begins his third season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Originally from Pine Bluff, Ark., Graham received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and was also a member of the Golden Lion Baseball Team. He then went on to complete his Masters in Sports Administration at Grambling State University. Sports, specifically baseball, has always been a part of Graham’s life and he knew once he finished playing that he wanted to find a career that would keep him involved with the sport. In his free time away from baseball he enjoys watching movies, traveling and discovering new music to listen to.

Blackburn begins her third season with the RoughRiders in 2024. She is originally from Sycamore, Illinois and graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota in 2021 with a Marketing and Sales Specialization Degree.

Blackburn enjoys traveling, following the Chicago White Sox and can make a mean chocolate chip banana bread.

Burgess begins his third season with the RoughRiders in 2024. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, Burgess majored in sports management. The native of Tucson, Arizona has worked in several different areas in the sports industry including working for the Tucson Sugars Skulls, Arizona Diamondbacks and Texas Rangers.

Burgess is a diehard Arizona sports fan and enjoys watching all of his teams. In addition to his sports fandom, he enjoys cooking and hanging out with friends. Burgess is excited to begin his career with the RoughRiders.

Nestor Diaz graduated from the University of North Texas, with a degree in Broadcast Media. GO MEAN GREEN!!

Originally from Mexico, Diaz has called Texas my home since the age of seven. Growing up in Texas, he developed a love for sports and Dallas-area sports teams.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish has helped Diaz with launching his career in sports, working previously with the Oakland Roots of USL Soccer and Gotham FC of woman’s pro soccer in ticket sales.

When not in office selling sports tickets, he can be found eating Texas BBQ or waiting to board a flight at DFW. Diaz loves to travel abroad and is looking forward to traveling more in the future.

Young is in his second season with the Roughriders in 2024. He is from a small town in northeast Texas called Cooper. Young went to Texas A&M University-Commerce, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also received his Master's in International Sport Management from the same school.

Young realized his love for sports growing up. In college, he realized that he could make a career out of it. He has volunteered for multiple events including the Frisco Classic tournament that takes place right here at Riders Field.

When he is not working, he enjoys being active, spending time with friends, watching auto racing, and looks forward to getting the chance to travel and see the world in the future. Young is also a fan of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, and Minnesota Vikings.

2024 will mark Aguilar's second season with the RoughRiders.

Originally, he is from Los Angeles but moved to Rockwall, TX when he was young. Recently Aguilar graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Sports Entertainment Management.

Growing up he loved sports and decided to pursue a career in it once he got to college. In the past, he has interned for other Dallas teams like FC Dallas and the Dallas Jackals along with volunteering for multiple sporting events. Aguilar is also a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia Eagles and FC Barcelona.

McMillen will begin his second full season with the RoughRiders in 2024. In the summer of the 2022 season, he served as an intern with the team.

He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in public relations. He served as the Texas Tech Men's Basketball team's student manager during his time in college.

McMillen is usually with his friends, family and dog "Elliott" when he isn't working. Along with supporting his Red Raiders, he also supports all Dallas sports teams and the world-champion Kansas City Chiefs.

McMillen is eager to begin his professional career with the RoughRiders.

Grimes will begin his first full season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Born and raised in Westford, Massachusetts, he then attended the University of South Carolina where he got a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management.

His love for sports was fostered at a very young age. In high school, Grimes was a captain of his school's rowing team.

In college, Grimes interned with the South Carolina Gamecock Football team and the Columbia Fireflies, the Low-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.

In his free time, he can be seen cheering on his beloved New England sports teams or playing 18 holes at a local golf course.

Walker is originally from Coppell, Texas and recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management.

Walker realized his passion is sports early on playing several growing up and continuing to be involved in as many as he could. He is a massive Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Longhorns fan.

In his free time, Walker is either hanging out with friends or pursuing his hobby of competitive country dancing.

Baggett will begin his first season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Baggett is originally from Houston, Texas and is a recent graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a degree in Sports Management. While there he served in the Sports Information Department.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends, his dog Bucky and watching any sporting events.

Jones will begin his first season with the Roughriders in 2024. He is originally from Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Kinesiology. Jones began his career in real estate sales and has used that experience to make a seamless transition into selling tickets.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf while cheering on the Longhorns and Cowboys with his family, friends, and dog, Bubba.

Evans begins his fourth season with the RoughRiders in 2024. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in International Affairs, while working in the CU Athletic Ticket Office. He then worked with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment in Denver, CO facilitating ticket operations for NBA, NHL, MLS, and NLL teams.

Originally from Maine, Evans enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, fishing, skiing and rooting for all Boston professional sports teams and the Colorado Buffaloes.

Donawho graduated from the University of Houston in December of 2017 with a degree in Sports Administration. His first season with the RoughRiders was in 2019 as a member of the gameday staff and then was brought on as the box office intern in 2020 before moving to a full-time roll for the 2021 season. In his free time, Donawho enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on all his favorite sports teams (OKC Thunder, Texas Rangers and Houston Texans) and helping with youth ministry at his church.

Growing up in Plano, TX, Heisser went on to receive a B.A in Sport Management from Texas Tech University. Jaylin spent time in Lubbock as an intern for Lubbock Christian University and their athletic department.

In his free time Heisser loves to listen to music, spend time with friends & family, as well as indulge in anything sports-related, especially football. Along with the Red Raiders, Jaylin is a faithful fan of the New York Giants and USC Trojans.

King is the Director of Marketing and oversees all aspects of marketing and game entertainment at Riders Field. She joined the RoughRiders in a full-time capacity in September 2018 after serving as the club's digital marketing intern during the previous summer.

Prior to the RoughRiders, Krystin was the marketing & community relations coordinator for the Valero Texas Open, where she worked as the tournament’s graphic designer and organized the Dash to the VTO, a 5k race benefiting the tournament’s Champions fore Charity program. She got her start in baseball with the Bowling Green Hot Rods in 2017 while attending Western Kentucky University.

In her free time, Krystin enjoys exploring the outdoors, cheering on the Nashville Predators and spending time with family and friends.

Bigley starts his fourth season with the RoughRiders in 2024 as the club's manager of media development and broadcaster. In his seventh season in Minor League Baseball, Bigley serves as the radio "Voice of the RoughRiders" for all RoughRiders games, works as the primary contact between the media and the front office, contributes to video production and manages the team's baseball content on the website and social media accounts.

On April 3rd, 2023, Bigley made his Major League debut on the radio, calling the Rangers vs. Orioles game on 105.3 The Fan alongside Matt Hicks.

During the offseason, Bigley provides play-by-play for McKinney ISD football and basketball locally.

Before moving to the Metroplex, Bigley was with the Greenberg Sports Group-owned Myrtle Beach Pelicans (High-A, Cubs) for two seasons, serving as the broadcast assistant his first year before taking over in the lead role in 2019. To open his minor league career, the Eugene, Oregon native served as the broadcast assistant for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes (High-A, Dodgers).

A proud Duck, Bigley graduated from the University of Oregon in 2017, where he majored in journalism and minored in history. While there, he was a sports director for the campus radio station, KWVA, providing play-by-play for Oregon football, basketball, volleyball, softball and acrobatics and tumbling along with local high school sports.

2024 is Reed's second season with the RoughRiders as the Manager of Ballpark Production.

A proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie, Reed graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and minored in communications and sport management. While in College Station, Reed spent time working for 12th Man Productions and KBTX-TV.

At 12th Man Productions, he served in several roles in the control room and on the field, including director, technical director, producer, camera operator and more. He also worked on several post-production crews for various Texas A&M teams.

At KBTX, Reed covered high school football and produced a segment called Classroom Champions.

In his free time, Reed loves to shoot video, watch television and cheer on his Aggies and Dallas sports teams.

Saucedo is in her first season with the RoughRiders as the Social Media/Digital Marketing Assistant. Since starting in March 2023. Saucedo has assisted in social media strategies, planned and executed a social media calendar, and worked with sponsorships for the RoughRiders in conjunction with the Director of Marketing, Krystin King.

Saucedo made her family in Dallas proud by graduating as a first-generation college student with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. While completing her bachelor's, Saucedo worked as a graphic designer, website manager and taught a student success course for her university while leading four student organizations.

Before entering the sports industry with the RoughRiders, Saucedo interned with Dallasites101 and 101Media to create content and provide social media analytics for local Dallas clients including restaurants, bars, and boutiques.

Grider is the seasonal photo and design assistant.

Prior to the RoughRiders, Grider was the photography intern for the Washington Nationals in 2022 and was a participant in the Disney College Program, where she photographed guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Grider graduated from Ball State University in 2019, where she majored in photojournalism and minored in sports studies. While there, she was a photographer for the campus newspaper, The Ball State Daily News, providing photos of football, basketball, baseball, volleyball and campus events. In 2016, Grider started working as a regular freelance photographer for The Republic Newspaper in Columbus, IN, where she covered high school athletics and community events.

In her free time, Paige enjoys hiking, visiting zoos with her camera and spending time with family and friends.

2024 will be Patchen’s first year with the RoughRiders as a Creative Content Assistant.

Prior to working with Frisco, Patchen was a Live Content Creator with the American Association of Professional Baseball, where he worked as a videographer and photographer to capture memorable moments at the ballpark.

Patchen also spent time with the Midland RockHounds during the 2022 season, where he served as a Video Production Assistant. There, he worked as a cameraman and content creator while helping co-manage the social media accounts.

In his free time, Ben enjoys being outside, hanging out with friends and family and watching his Dallas sports teams.

Moehle enters his first season with the RoughRiders in 2024, marking his first season in Minor League Baseball, where he will serve as the No. 2 broadcaster and contribute to the team's social media content while serving as a contact between media and the RoughRiders front office.

Prior to moving to Frisco, Moehle spent the summer in Orleans, Massachusetts as the "Voice of the Firebirds" of the Cape Cod Baseball League before joining the Kansas City Royals Media Relations department in 2023.

Luke graduated from the University of Missouri in 2022, earning a degree in Sports Radio/Television Broadcast Journalism and Sport Management while spending two seasons as part of the baseball program. Moehle also provided play-by-play of Missouri Tiger football, basketball, volleyball and soccer through the campus radio station, KCOU 88.1.

Brooks is one of the most important members of the staff, spreading positive vibes throughout Riders Field.

2023 marks the 9th season for the lab/retriever with the RoughRiders, who quickly became a fixture at Riders games. His talents include running the bases, eating dog treats and bringing smiles to people's faces. He loves to visit with Riders fans of all ages at Riders games and helping make their experience at the ballpark a memorable one.

Chastine is starting his first season with the Frisco RoughRiders in 2024 as Director, Corporate Partnerships.

Prior to the RoughRiders, Chastine spent time at Learfield (Texas Tech University) and recently with FC Tulsa as the Director of Corporate Partnerships, Activations, & Gameday Production. He has a proven track record for building corporate partnerships that connect partners to the best fans in the business.

Chastine is a native Texan and attended Texas Tech University where he received his B.A & M.S in Sport Management.

He is a diehard Texas Rangers & Dallas Cowboys fan and will surely talk your ear off about either.

In his spare time, you can catch him hanging out watching The Office reruns with his wife Sydney and his Corgi Pepper.

Moore is starting his fourth season with the Frisco RoughRiders in 2024 as Director of Partner Services.

He brings 10 years of experience in professional and collegiate sports with stops at the El Paso Chihuahuas (formerly Tucson Padres) Learfield/IMG (University of Arizona), the Phoenix Suns and Dallas Cowboys. He has a proven track record of using creative ways to market corporate partners and integrate them into the gameday experience for maximum exposure.

Moore was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and attended the University of Arizona graduating with a B.A. in Communications and Sports Management. When not at the ballpark, he enjoys traveling to see his nieces and nephews, playing golf and relaxing by any body of water he can find.

Goodman will begin his second season with the RoughRiders in 2024. Growing up in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Goodman went on to attend the University of Oklahoma. While there, he served as a student assistant for the Oklahoma Football Program in recruiting and operations. He graduated in 2022 with a degree in Sports Management and Marketing.

When Goodman isn’t working, he is likely fishing, playing golf, or supporting his Oklahoma Sooners. Jarett loves the Oklahoma City Thunder, Texas Rangers and any NFL team that has a former Sooner.

Linden is excited to begin his first season with the RoughRiders in 2024 as Director of Finance. He was born and raised in Illinois where he graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Accounting in 2017. Linden brings seven years of financial accounting experience working at firms in Illinois and Arizona.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys playing golf, rooting for the Chicago Cubs and exploring the DFW area with his dog “Rookie”.

Bailon enters his 22nd year with the RoughRiders, making him the longest-tenured Riders employee since he joined the team full-time in 2003. Originally on the construction crew for the ballpark, Alfonso now oversees facility maintenance and is key to keeping Riders Field one of the top MiLB facilities in the nation. Alfonso and his family reside in Arlington, TX.

Head Groundskeeper David Bicknell begins his 17th season with the RoughRiders in 2024 and oversees the condition of the playing surface at beautiful Riders Field.

A Dallas native, Bicknell began his career in sports turf at Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Agronomy/Turf and assisted in the management of Division I athletic fields for four years. After a few experiences in the golf world, he moved to professional baseball and had stints with the Boston Red Sox, Texas Rangers and the Riders' Texas League rivals, the San Antonio Missions.

Some notable experiences from Bicknell's career include course prep for the PGA Tour's International event at Castle Pines Golf Club in Denver, as well as serving on the grounds crew during the Red Sox' historic 2004 World Championship season.

When he's not working on the yard, Bicknell enjoys going camping, hiking, cooking out and following Aggie football.

Ryan joined the RoughRiders in October 2016 after one season with the RoughRiders' sister franchise, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, where he served as a Stadium Operations Assistant during the 2016 season.

Originally from Barlett, Illinois, Ryan attended Lincoln College-Normal where he received a a degree in Sport Management in 2015. While in school, Ryan worked two summers on the Wrigley Field grounds crew and another wih the Schaumburg Boomers in the independent Frontier League.

Ryan is a die-hard Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, Bulls, and Bears fan. He also cheers for Notre Dame football.

Cable joined the Frisco Roughriders in 2022 as a stadium operations intern. The 2024 season will be his third season in stadium operations and his second as Visiting Clubhouse Manager.

The Warren, Pennsylvania native started his career as a High School Director of Operations for baseball, basketball and football.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching baseball, basketball, football, golf and hockey and playing golf.

His favorite teams are the Atlanta Braves, Buffalo Bills, UCONN Huskies (Women’s Basketball), Pittsburgh Penguins, West Virginia Mountaineers and Texas Rangers.

Kipp is in her 9th season with the RoughRiders in 2024.

After serving four years as a WAC in the US Army, she became a stay-at-home mom until her move to Texas in 1983. After working 29 years in the food industry she retired and now enjoys her days working at the ballpark and spending time with family near and far.

In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, going to movies and traveling, especially taking cruises!

Sohn is entering her 10th season with the RoughRiders after retiring from 35 years in the banking industry. She has realized that baseball is much more fun than banking!

Sohn and her husband are on a quest to see a game at all the Major League ballparks and as many Minor League parks as possible. During Sohn's free time she likes to travel, read, walk and spend time with her family, especially her five adorable grandchildren.
