The Frisco RoughRiders would like to welcome you to Riders Field with open arms every time you step into the friendly confines! Here are a few things to be aware of before you come to a game.
The Frisco RoughRiders organization is not affiliated in any way with third-party ticket vendors and cannot validate any ticket purchase through third-party sites. To guarantee all purchased tickets are valid at entry, purchase tickets via RidersBaseball.com, or through a RoughRiders ticket representative.
Water bottles are permitted as long as the label is removed from the outside and reusable water bottles are also permitted at Riders Field.

Riders Field is located at 7300 RoughRiders Trail Frisco, Texas 75034. The Home Plate Gate is located on the corner of Diamond Drive and RoughRiders Trail.
Fans can purchase tickets online by clicking below, at the Box Office or by calling 972.731.9200. The Box Office is located next to the Home Plate Gate and is open 10AM-4PM on non-gamedays during the season and 12PM through the middle of the 7th inning on gamedays.
Fans can purchase parking before they get to Riders Field for $10 per car. A parking map is available by clicking the link below as well.
When you arrive to Riders, fans have the ability to use both the Left Field Gate and Home Plate Gate to enter the ballpark. The Home Plate Gate is the main gate and is located right next to the box office (behind sections 113 and 114) or fans can walk to the Left Field Gate behind the InTouch Home Run Terrace.
Gates open approximately one hour before game time. Please see below for opening times:
11:05 a.m. first pitch: Gates open at 10 a.m.
12:05 p.m. first pitch: Gates open at 11 a.m.
4:05 p.m. first pitch: Gates open at 3 p.m.
6:05 p.m. first pitch: Gates open at 5 p.m.
6:35 p.m. first pitch: Gates open at 5:30 p.m.
7:05 p.m. first pitch: Gates open at 6 p.m.

Riders Field will work toward limiting cash transactions, including in the areas of parking, food/beverage, and merchandise. This will assist in limiting direct contact between employees and guests. Parking can be pre-purchased before arriving at the ballpark by clicking the button above.
Bags that are permitted include: Bags and purses that do not exceed 16" x 8" x 16", plastic freezer bags and medical bags for infants and young children will be permitted. Bags not permitted include: backpacks, printed-pattern plastic bags, fanny packs, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, camera or binocular cases.
You can buy your tickets online before the game at RidersBaseball.com/Tickets. These tickets can be scanned from your phone at the gate or printed at home prior to arrival. Children two and younger do not require a ticket as long as they will not take up a seat.
