RoughRiders Job Fair
The RoughRiders will host hiring events for 2023 gameday staff on February 3rd and February 15th.
The events will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Those interested can enter through the home plate gate.
RS3 Strategic Hospitality
Have you dreamed of working at Riders Field? The new food and beverage provider for the Frisco RoughRiders, RS3 Strategic Hospitality, are hosting job fairs at Riders Field on Friday, February 3rd from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
RS3 Strategic Hospitality is seeking applicants for a variety of food and beverage positions for the upcoming 2023 season.
Hiring managers will be on hand looking for qualified, hardworking candidates with great guest service skills who are able to work baseball games as well as other sporting and non-sporting events in a variety of different food and beverage positions. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age to apply and must be able to work RoughRiders home games at Riders Field as well as additional events as needed.
Positions available include the following:
- Bartenders
- Cashiers
- Cooks
- Runners
- Servers
- Storefront Supervisors
- Suite Attendants
- Warehouse Technicians

Groups looking to raise money for their organization may work at the concession stands at Riders Field. The size of the group must be at least ten people and the group must be willing to commit to a majority of weekend games (approximately 35, but negotiable).
