High School baseball makes its 2023 debut at Fluor Field this week as three big matchups dot the slate. It all begins with an annual rivalry and big ticket game as the Christ Church Cavaliers take on the St. Joseph's Knights on Thursday, March 16 at 6:30 p.m. The game which regularly sees crowds of 1,000-plus, was originally scheduled for Friday, March 17 but was moved to accommodate inclement weather expected on Friday. Tickets sold for the original time on Friday will be honored on Thursday at the gate — no additional ticket purchase is necessary.
Saturday, March 18 brings an exciting doubleheader to Downtown Greenville as the TL Hanna Yellow Jackets square off with the Wren Hurricanes at 2 p.m. and the Greer Yellow Jackets play host to the Chapman Panthers.
