The Greenville Drive continue their home schedule at Fluor Field Tuesday July 6th through Sunday July 11th as they square off for six straight games against the Aberdeen Ironbirds, affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. Bark in the Park, Bobblehead giveaways, Princesses, and a tribute to our First Responders all highlight another week of family fun and entertainment at award-winning Fluor Field!

The fun starts on Tuesday July 6th (first pitch at 7:05pm) with the Drive’s second Bark in the Park event of the 2021 season, presented by our friends at Noble Dog Hotel. Bring your four-legged friends to the ballpark and enjoy great between inning entertainment including frisbee dogs & agility contests. Make sure to visit the “pup-up” shops on the concourse with various dog treats, toys and much more! What’s more, the first 750 fans through the gates will receive a commemorative bobblehead featuring long-time head groundskeeper Greg Burgess and his beloved three dogs! Get out to Fluor Field on Tuesday for a barking good time!

Fluor Field is set to host it’s first-ever Princess Night on Wednesday July 7th (first pitch at 7:05pm)! Your favorite Princesses Elsa, Belle, Rapunzel, Ariel and Cinderella will be at Fluor Field all-night for a truly special, unique celebration event. For just $15, enjoy a private meet & greet with the Princesses in the 500 Club plus a build-your-own ice cream bar. The special meet & greet begins at 5:30pm. The Princesses will then move to the stadium concourse all night to meet Drive fans & take pictures!

Dollar Drink Night & Friday Night Fireworks highlight the start of the weekend at Fluor Field on July 7th and 8th (first pitch 7:05pm both nights). On Thursday, your favorite drink specials begin when gates open at 6:00pm! Enjoy $1 Coors Light and $2 Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, our July Beer of the Month! Stop by the 500 Club, Que’s, or 7th Inning Stretch to purchase. You can also order drink specials over the Seatz app. Fans over 21 are welcome to mingle at the 500 Club to network and enjoy Drive baseball! $1 Pepsi products will also be sold at all concession stands at Fluor Field. And then on Friday, make sure to stick around post-game for the Upstate’s best Fireworks show, thanks to our friends at Hubbell Lighting. The fireworks this week will be set to songs from the award-winning moving The Greatest Showman!

The third COPA Night of the Drive’s 2021 season returns on Saturday, July 10th, with first pitch set for 7:05pm. The Ranas de Rio (the Greenville River Frogs) will once again take the field as the Drive recognize & celebrate Hispanic culture throughout the community as part of Minor League Baseball’s Copa de la Diversion program. The Drive players will showcase their electric Ranas uniforms during the game; Papis Tacos & Comal 864 will be available on the concourse; and all aspects of the Hispanic community will be celebrated all night long. Make sure to also check out the Drive team store for the latest collection of Ranas merch!

The homestand wraps up on Sunday July 11th, first pitch at 3:05pm, as the Drive celebrate First Responders Day. This annual event at the ballpark recognizes & celebrates the sacrifice of all our community’s First Responders and thanks them for keeping us safe & healthy – this past year more than ever. Make sure to bring your kids and check out Heroes Alley on Field Street (presented by Ingles) beginning at 1pm with great music, face painters, balloon artists, bounce houses, and a special opportunity to see & climb in actual First Responder vehicles. And then make sure to stick-around post-game for Kids Run The Bases, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield!

The 15th Anniversary season of Drive baseball continues all summer long at Fluor Field and we can’t wait to see you at the ballpark this week!
