What Makes a Community All-Star?
- Actively volunteers in the community on a regular basis
- Is a board member for a community-based program in Gwinnett County
- Has created or is a member of a non-profit active in Gwinnett County
- Is known in their community for being exceptionally kind and giving to others, actively going out of their way to help those in need
Recognizing a Community All-Star
Community All-Star Requirements
- Must reside in Gwinnett County.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to provide proof (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) of community work.
Community All-Star Selection Process
Friends, family, neighbors, and/or colleagues may nominate a Community All-Star using the Gwinnett Stripers Community All-Stars Nomination Form. This nomination should include the following information:
- Individual submitting the form's basic information
- Nominated individual's basic information
- Why do you believe this individual deserves to be recognized?
- Examples of this individual's work in the community
- Photos/videos/testimonials showcasing this individual's community efforts
