Identifiable by their shirts with "USHER" emblazoned on the back, ushers assist guests with navigating the ballpark and provide event-specific information and assistance. Ushers are available at locations in and around the Stadium.
The Clean Team helps ensure that Heritage Financial Park is maintained year-round. Members of the cleaning staff are available during all games and events to address housekeeping and maintenance concerns. Twice during each game members of the Clean Team walk around the ballpark to assist in cleaning up the ballpark.
Emergency medical personnel are at the ballpark first-aid location during all games and public events to assist guests with medical situations. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the ballpark to help guests.
Retail associates and concessionaires provide guests with quality food and merchandise and exceptional customer service at all Den Pro Shop locations, concession stands, and premium hospitality ares.
In addition to helping guests navigate the ballpark and answering event-specific inquiries, security is responsible for enforcing ballpark policies and safety procedures, assisting with crowd control and addressing situations concerning disruptive guests. Security can be identified by their red security shirts.
Ticket takers are positioned at ballpark gates to greet guests, ensure the proper scanning of tickets and monitor areas to make sure guests do not enter the ballpark without a ticket.
