Frequently Asked Questions

When do the gates open on game day?

Gates open one-hour before the scheduled game time unless otherwise promoted.

What is your rain exchange policy?

If an official game is not played or completed due to weather, then tickets for that game can be used as rain vouchers and exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value to another game during the season. Rain exchanges must be done in person at the Renegades Box Office. We are not able to process rain exchanges online or over the phone.

Will I need a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination to enter Dutchess Stadium?

No, you will not be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter Dutchess Stadium. All you need is your ticket to enter the stadium.

What is your mask/face covering policy?

Masks/face coverings are no longer required inside Dutchess Stadium. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask/face covering while at Dutchess Stadium, you are welcome to do so.

What are your social distancing requirements?

Social distancing requirements have been lifted.

Are seats socially distanced?

Dutchess Stadium no longer has socially distanced seating and is operating at 100% capacity.

Are bags allowed?

Bags will be limited for the 2021 season and in most cases prohibited. Small bags including purses, medical bags & diaper bags will be allowed.

Will the stadium be cashless?

The Renegades are working to make Dutchess Stadium as cashless as possible to reduce the amount of cash being handled and exchanged. All points-of-sale will have change available should a guest need to use cash.

Do I need to use mobile tickets?

The Renegades are encouraging the use of mobile/print-at-home tickets to reduce queues at the box office windows and the handling & exchange of printed tickets. Fans needing printed tickets can have their tickets printed at the Renegades Box Office.

Do I need to pre-purchase parking, and what is the cost of parking?

If you are purchasing your tickets online or over the phone, you can pre-purchase a parking pass. If you do not pre-purchase parking, it can be purchased in-person when you arrive.

How much is parking?

Parking is $7 per car & $20 for a bus/RV/large van.

Will concessions be open?

The main concession stands, Beer Garden, Sloop Beer Balcony, Sweet & Boozy & Benmarl Wine Bar will be fully operational. Other food & beverage points-of-sale will be available based on capacity restrictions and projected attendance.
