Due to the cancellation of the 2020 season, our organization has put together ticketing options for single-game buyers who have purchased tickets for the 2020. - Take no action and a credit will be applied to your account equal to the purchase value of your ticket(s) and add-ons such as Knot Hole Kids Club memberships. This credit may be applied toward the purchase of tickets for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability.
- Donate your single-game ticket(s) to the Tribe Tickets for Good program. This program will provide tickets for future Indians games to frontline healthcare and essential workers including doctors, nurses, first responders and grocery store personnel, as well as charitable and military organizations throughout Central Indiana. Complimentary tickets, designated as $0 price or no price printed on the ticket, have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund. Please hold on to your ticket and you will be able to exchange it for any game in 2021.
Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded by the Indians. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult their point of purchase (e.g. StubHub) for information.
- Take no action and a credit will be applied to your account for your 2021 renewal at 2020 prices. Any add-ons such as MVP parking or Knot Hole Kids Club memberships will be automatically renewed for the 2021 season at no additional cost.
- Plan a unique event at Victory Field later in 2020 when deemed appropriate and safe by state and local officials. Use the credit applied to your account to plan a company picnic, private batting practice, corporate meeting, or holiday party at your favorite ballpark.
