Isotopes Unveil 2017 Promotional Schedule

Trevor Story Bobblehead, 12 Fireworks Nights and Family Fridays Among Highlights

The Albuquerque Isotopes have unveiled their highly anticipated 2017 promotional schedule. The upcoming season is jam-packed with 12 Fireworks shows and 23 giveaways including replica jerseys, hats, beer steins, bobbleheads and much more.

Opening Night for the 2017 season is April 6 when the Isotopes host the Salt Lake Bees at 6:35 p.m. To kick off the Isotopes 15th season and the 2017 promotional schedule, fleece blankets, courtesy of Gonstead Physical Medicine will be given away to the first 3,000 fans.

Returning to Isotopes Park for the second consecutive season will be an expanded "Family Fridays" lineup, including Harry Potter, Disney, Princess & Pirate and many more exciting themes for the entire family to enjoy. Family Friday will feature a special $9 ticket when fans can dress up as their favorite characters, participate in pre-game parades and get autographs from their heroes. 

Celebrating the Isotopes third year as the Colorado Rockies Triple-A affiliate, the first 3,000 fans to arrive at Isotopes Park on May 26 will receive their own Trevor Story bobblehead courtesy of Pepsi. Story appeared in 61 games for the Isotopes in 2015 before going on to record a remarkable rookie campaign with the Rockies in 2016. The shortstop hit 27 home runs and compiled 72 RBI in just 97 games before an injury ended what could have been a Rookie of the Year season.

Fans can once again celebrate Independence Day with the Isotopes on July 4, featuring a spectacular post-game fireworks extravaganza.

Other highlights of the promotional schedule include a pair of 50¢ Hot Dog nights, Star Wars Night, featuring a jersey auction, on June 3, and camo hats courtesy of Miller Lite on June 4 (first 2,500 fans 21 and older).
