The Isotopes (34-35) could not solve the River Cats (27-41) pitching as Sacramento shut out Albuquerque, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon. The loss marked the third time on the season the Isotopes have been shut out.

Sacramento starter Joan Gregorio tossed five scoreless innings while reliever Michael Roth shut down the Isotopes over the contests final four frames.
Rockies rehabbing starter Tyler Anderson took the loss despite pitching very well. The southpaw allowed one run over 5.0 innings on the mound, striking out six while throwing 77 pitches.
Isotopes pitcher Matt Flemer made his first relief appearance of the season, tossing three scoreless innings out of the bullpen.
Isotopes outfielder Domonic Brown was the only player on his club to record a multi-hit game, finishing the afternoon 2-for-4.
Infielder Ryan McMahon ended the day 1-for-4, extending his hitting streak to 12 games.
The Isotopes and River Cats continue their series Monday evening from Raley field when Rockies ace Jon Gray will make a rehab start for Albuquerque. First pitch from Sacramento is set for 8:05 p.m.
