LAKEWOOD, NJ - Nick Maton had three hits and drove in three as the BlueClaws topped Columbia 5-2 on Saturday night at FirstEnergy Park for their fourth straight win.
Lakewood starter David Parkinson (7-1) gave up four hits over his 6.1 innings, striking out nine. He left with a runner at second and a 2-0 lead in the seventh inning and lowered his ERA to 1.66, second best in the league.
Zach Warren got the last three outs for his seventh save of the year, six of which have come in the second half. 
The BlueClaws (14-8/55-36) got to 19 games over .500 for the first time this season. Columbia (10-12/44-45) and Lakewood have split their first eight meetings so far this season. 
Lakewood got on the board in the fifth on a two-run single from Maton, bringing home Dalton Guthrie and Jake Scheiner with the first two runs of the game. It marked the second-straight multi-RBI game for Maton, a 7th round pick in last year's draft.
The BlueClaws added three runs in the bottom of th e seventh. Simon Muzziotti's RBI triple brought home Dalton Guthrie. Jake Scheiner followed with an RBI single and Maton added an RBI double.
Columbia's Yeizo Campos (1-2) took the loss, allowing five runs in six innings of relief.
In addition to Maton's three hits, Jake Scheiner and Dalton Guthrie had two apiece. Scheiner extended his hitting streak to 12 games, the longest by a BlueClaw this year.
