Entrance
What time do stadium gates open?
Gates open 65 minutes before first pitch (ie 6:00 for a 7:05 game). Season ticket and partial plan holders benefit from early entrance to the ballpark (30 minutes earlier). Early Entrance is located only through the First Base Gate.

Can I convert cash to a card?
Yes! The BlueClaws have a Reverse ATM located on the concourse outside the Claws Cove behind Section 108. There, you can insert cash to receive a Visa Debit Card that can be used anywhere inside the stadium or outside the ballpark where they are accepted.

Autograph Policy
Where can I get autographs?
Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing of the first and third baselines as well as near the dugouts. No autographs will be given while a game is in progress.

Dogs are welcome at Bark in the Park or at Sunday home games. Dog owners will have to sign a dog waiver. Only service dogs are allowed on the Luxury Suite level.

Lost & Found
Do you have a Lost & Found?
Yes. Lost items that have been turned in may be retrieved at the NJNG Information Booth, located on the concourse behind home plate. Fans also may call the BlueClaws office at 732-901-7000. Smoking
Where can I smoke? Smoking is not permitted inside ShoreTown Ballpark. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and other artificial devices. Smoking is permitted outside either the first or third base gates. Note that fans must have their hands stamped in order to re-enter the ballpark.

Handicap Seating
How can I get handicap seating?
Handicap seating is available by request. When purchasing tickets, you can request either wheelchair spots (spots located next to seats where you can watch the game from your wheelchair) or "Semi-Ambulatory" seating (larger seats located at the top of certain sections that do not require going down stairs and provide more leg room). Wheelchair spots are located next to another seat should the person wishing to use the wheelchair wish to sit next to a friend or family member. The seat next to the wheelchair spot must be purchased separately.

Parking
How much is parking?
Parking is $5 per car provided your vehicle only requires one space.

What times does the lot open?
The lot opens two hours prior to the game (5:00 pm for a 7:05 pm game).
