It's never been easier for a Group Leader to organize an outing! The BlueClaws have partnered with Groupmatics, an easy-to-use management system that takes the hardest aspects of being a Group Leader away and helps the Group Leader set up and run their outing in a comfortable way.
Why should a Group Leader use Groupmatics? Here are some of the ways that Groupmatics makes it easy!
Individual Online Payments: The Group Leader no longer has to worry about collecting cash or checks from the members of their group. All they have to do is send out a custom link and the members can purchase and print their own tickets!
Social Media Tools: The Groupmatics platform lets you easily post and promote your event via email, Facebook, Twitter, and more!
Track Your Sales: The Group Leader will have 24/7 access to the system to see who has purchased tickets and who from the group is yet to do so.
Block Ticket Holding: While the members of your group will purchase their tickets individually, they will do so from a group of tickets that are previously held by a BlueClaws staff member, so your group will sit together.
Convenient Digital Ticketing: Members of your group will be able to select their own seat and can sit next to friends within your group. Plus, their tickets are emailed to them directly for easy printing.
Communication: The Group Leader can easily send reminders to those that haven't bought their tickets or to update the attendees with event information (such as where to meet for a parade or group photo).
